I wish I never purchased this membership waste of money. At the time of purchase I was told it had price protection and I would not need to do anything. Bestbuy would check on prices and issue a credit automatically. Not only did this not happen buy when I requested the credit (of $100)on my television purchase it never got processed. After contacting via chat I was told to wait 2 payment cycles which I did. When I someone finally checked I was told they had no record of my request. I had my chat emailed to me which I forwarded. After an hour of back and forth I was told it was past the 90 days (so much for waiting the 2 payment cycles) and no credit would be issued.I guess your customers pay the price when your employees do not do their jobs. Bestbuy has lost any future business from me. This comment was most likely a waste of my time as I am sure I will never hear from anyone regarding this comment.

The membership is quite useful, the $50 one is enough and will pay for itself if you catch the promotional offers and buy tech products roughly 5 times per year.

Great people great service totally nice people i have bought several computers and phones and no problems this is the kind of store i love. Best Buy , the only store for the Best Buy. Your people are amazing.

Really happy with the savings. I recovered the cost of the membership on my first purchase and Best Buy is so much better than Amazon! I never receive damaged or used items. I love that I can trust Best Buy, and get what I want at great prices! Bye Prime!

Having this membership is nice for the perks that it offers. We recently made a purchase and thought we still had a 75-dollar gift balance left. It actually elapsed and Best Buy made it available to us again.

The only reason I purchased a Best Buy membership was because it was less expensive than paying for delivery, setup, and haul away of the refrigerator I purchased. Have not used any other benefit. Three months free Apple TV does not interest me in the slightest as I might forget to cancel after the three month trial.
