The Samsung 65” OLED TV I purchased is incredible. When I arrived at the store I didn’t know which brand I wanted and the salesperson educated me about my options and recommended the Samsung because there are lots of windows in my house and the TV I chose didn’t have any glare.

I bought the membership originally because of the huge discount on my television purchase, the free extended warranty and the extended return period. I paid 50$ and it saved me hundreds and offered me 90 days of FOMO protection. I renewed my membership again because of the exclusive deals and discount prices that go beyond regular store sales. It's similar to having a Prime membership for things I'm most interested in buying. Highly recommend.

Best Buy Plus Membership is great and nice for discounts and shipping discounts!

My husband and I moved from Illinois to Texas in October 2024. We purchased a new home so needed to buy refrigerator, washer and dryer, and upright freezer. Our Best Buy salesperson recommended our getting the Best Buy Plus plan to provide “best price” protection and sure enough, a couple of months after our appliance purchases, the prices went on sale. We were able to contact Best Buy and they credited back our account $400 which easily more than paid for the Best Buy Plus plan.

Enjoying the monthly pics as well as the membership prices. Not to mention the free shipping is always a beneficial add especially if you buy online like me.

This membership helped to reduce in cost several items that I needed to get started for my online course. For example, I got a great member price on my Dell laptop, Microsoft Office, and Norton Security. In fact, the savings I received more than offset the price of the membership. Now I have the advantage of having the use of the membership for other items. I'm thinking of getting a surge protector at a reduced price. Also, the service I received at the store was fantastic. I ordered a HP envy printer which was not in stock that day. They assured me it would arrive in a few days and surely it did arrive. I received an email with instructions and when I arrived at the store they knew exactly what I came for and I was able to go out the door with it in less than ten minutes!

They are super nice easy to work with and finding alternatives to be able to get it done!

I used the memebership right away because my laptop came with a pin and it also appeared that a bitlocker was activated. The reason was not clear. I bought an open box in excellent condition. That should never happen! When somebody brings back a computer the staff should check if the computer is back to factory settings. But obviously nobody did that. And because of that I miss the laptop now for 4 weeks because it was more than two weeks at Best Buy for the reset and I am on vacation now. Not the best experience I had until now with Best Buy with that laptop. But the staff was wonderful and tried to help me as good as possible. That made my experience a little bit better. A big thank you for that! I hope the laptop will work fine and I will have no problems in the future with it anymore.

I've enjoyed the membership and service help of the Geek Squad several times. And, glad I had the extended warranty service also. The fact that this sevice supports my multiple purchases is a great benefit. I highly recommend the Best Buy Plus Membership to all of my friends that are buying electronic items.

He knew exactly what I wanted & had the item asap & explained the warranty, which I purchased. It was a quick & easy purchase! Your sales personal was the Best Buy expert! Best Buy experience ever.

If you are someone who spends a lot at Best Buy then you should definitely consider becoming a "My Best Buy Plus" rewards member. The longer return window is almost enough to be worth it for those of you who want to try things before you commit to an item and then of course the discounts help from time to time as you rack them up. I say try it for a year and if you realize it isn't for you then you can cancel as needed.

I like it bc you get special treatment by being a member. Including deal notifications.
