They charge me money, to save a few bucks now and then…. At least it’s not like a bank, where you put your money, and then get charged a fee to put your money in their bank

This membership was worth it and hopefully will still is. So far my experience with the membership has beeen great and I hope I can keep saving money with it. Thank you to the employee that recommended it. I wish I could remember his name.

I used it when I purchased my Chromebook and Android Pixel. Trading in the old Pixel was easy, but it's always been easy - with or without the membership. I don't really need much in the way of electronics. I'm not really even sure why I have the membership or what value it brings? I have an iPad but I can't remember if I purchased it here or at Apple. I think I purchased the membership because my roommate recommended it. Not sure I'd recommend it (there is no 'Maybe', so I chose 'No'), since I really don't know what benefits I receive. I don't really see any deals or discounts that make me notice the value of the membership.

By all our appliances from Best Buy the appliances that we buy a Samsung or TVs washer dryer all kitchen appliances. Best Buy is great. They offer the best prices. Love Best Buy.

Best Buy Membership was the best purchase I made. The warranty coverage for your products is the deal anyone can get. It gives peace of mind, allows for many perks and well worth the price for the year. With geek Squad assistant, repairs, and protection plan, you cant go wrong. Also has other benefits that I haven't used yet. This membership is definitely a keeper.

Brought an older computer in that had Hard Drive issues. The Tech (Nerd) there was extremely helpful in reminding me that the unit was old and would not be able to update to Windows 11 which prevented me from spending money just get this one fixed. I decided to go ahead and buy a new Desk Top. The sales [personnel were totally helpful in selecting a new one that met what I needed and not trying to sell me an expensive model that would be beyond my needs.

If you make a lot of purchases at Best Buy, I think this is a very very useful membership to have to give you an extended amount of time to determine whether or not you actually need whatever bit of technology that you just purchased. I will admit that most other retailers do have a better return policy and they don’t make you buy a special membership to extend it so there’s that. But considering that there are some things you really can only buy at Best Buy immediately, It’s a very useful membership. If you have the money, you should go ahead and buy the more expensive version of the membership because it actually comes with protection for your devices and this one basically just allows you to return things for up to two months.

When the member price deals come up it’s a good amount off

So far it’s nice! Rep encouraged I buy it when I got my MacBook Pro and the price match option has saved me a hundred dollars already. It just dropped again on Best Buy’s website… May go get the extra $50 if I can

Having this membership is definitely worth it. Already getting great deals from Best Buy and now they’re even better. Plus access to Geek Squad and other perks.

This is a great value. I didn’t think I was going to like it as much as I do. I like the rewards points, ease in finding out details, longer window of return if necesssary

The mebership is great for the value and perks you get. I am a busy person with work, due to my membership inwas able to return an item after 30 days due to it not working with no problems. Would recommended for people who are alitle busy and cant always do eveything soon after buying a product.

It’s great rewards and I like the customer service on the app. However, the deals are okay and the reward certificates take too long too post. The extended price match is the best benefit.

I recommend the membership because it automatically pays for itself. In addition, it guarantees you technical support if you have any problems with your items, and the customer service is excellent.

This is a valuable membership. especially where children are involved. With unlimited Geek Squad support and member prices, it is a win-win.
