G.O.A.T.! I've had some minor (operator error--me) issues and Christina and Lorenzo have been extremely patient wit me checking with me on the phone and returning to fix my issues. They came by again today to fix one last problem and, of course for them, it was done in about 20 minutes. They are the Greatest of all Time! Thanks, Lorenzo and Christina!

The membership has good rewards. Member only deals are the same price on Amazon so really the advertising is very misleading thinking you’re getting a great deal. If you’re planning on buying a bunch of things or are willing to use the BB credit card outside of Best Buy then the membership is worth it.

I honestly originally did not want to get this membership because I thought it was just like all others just something that’s gonna be taken from me every year and I’ll never use it. I can tell you that I have not had to use it but having it, has brought me peace of mind knowing that if anything ever happened with the items I have, they are covered, even if they are not covered under my original warranty

I’m not very happy with this product. I wasn’t given any help in its usage (I’m 74 and not very tech savvy). And when the young man helping me transferred my contacts from my phone to the I-pad, he deleted most of my contacts. I’m very frustrated with this whole situation.
