This membership has good benefits, I just don't use it enough but there are some solid deals and savings

John and Jerry installed our LG TV and soundbar. I can recommend this team very very highly. The called to say they were on the way. They arrived exactly on time. They were both extremely courteous and professional. They both exhibited great product knowledge and skill sets. They used their own vacuum cleaner to clean up after themselves. They packed up and removed all of the equipment boxes. We were very pleased! PLEASE GIVE THESES GUYS A RAISE! THEY DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK!!

I bought a gaming laptop here and opened a credit card at the same time. I was satisfied with the service. I liked everything. The salespeople were polite, explained everything, and answered all my questions.

I saved money on a few big purchases and appreciated the convenience. However, the annual fee is steep, and some perks feel underwhelming if you're not a frequent tech buyer. If you're only making occasional purchases, it might not be worth it. Bottom line: Great for regular shoppers, but casual buyers should think twice before renewing.

This was a awesone purchase just for the speed difference in the consoles. Also streaming moives is fast with no lag.

I was extremely happy with the professional service I received from Abby. She was able to resolve my double charge on a TV in 15 minutes. An issue that the credit card company has not been able to resolve in 2 months of many phone calls and paperwork submitted. My last notification from them was that I owed a duplicate billing on a TV I purchased in November. It’s been a mess and a great deal of wasted hours on my part. Service in store is outstanding. Service from credit billing is horrible. So much so that I probably will never use my Best Buy credit card again!

Made this easy for discounts and got a few extra gift cards just for being a member!

Haven’t had to use the geek squad yet hopefully I won’t have to but so far everything‘s been going pretty smooth the sales people were very helpful and I’m happy with my purchase

I am grateful the sales person I dealt with when buying our appliances takes us into purchasing the membership. This has been very helpful when having to return subsequent purchases. The store verified our membership and took care of everything we needed within minutes to replace damaged items.

Membership just makes sense especially with their price matching within the specific timeline. You could litterially save hundreds of dollars.. I did! Lol

Not aa many discounts on electronic gaming but decemt enough to try another year. Should have more video games and accessories on sale.

You can save a lot of money on and it’ll basically give the value of the membership back, it’s pretty cool and for the year it’s relatively cheap.
