The items are of great quality yet very affordable. The first time i was in Best buy was when i came to buy a computer, so i told my wife how great the team was and when we wanted to purchase a washing machine and a dryer, she said she wants the ones in best buy. This membership has great value and already paid for itself! I was able to exchange a PC laptop for a Macbook Air, and got price match for an iPad and saved money. Also, the customer service (and sales) personnel are very prompt in giving help and guidance. I prefer shopping at my neighborhood Best Buy over any other online store!

I like the product that I purchased. I used this product and I have no problem so far.

Unfortunately ordered a computer through my 2 day delivery membership and it never came. To add insult to insury, Best Buy made it so difficult for me to get a refund for undelivered merchandise. Would not be renewing.
