I would recommend if i knew it would benefit them
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not really worth it unless you have the Best Buy credit card to go with it even then unless you pay before intrest hits your better off just saving and paying for item outright i am also a little biased as i was told you would get reward points back on purchases i later found was NOT True unless you have best buy credit card at its 30%+intrest if i didn't have card now personally i wouldn't waste the money Best Buy price matches many other vendors if your a member or not member prices are typically regular prices of other vendors shop around to some it is worth it i am a member because it is much easier and less waiting to return or pick up item from store vs online also best buys shipping times are excellent when compared to Amazon one major perk of membership is free shipping and again they are much faster than other vendors i have delt with it is up to the individual to decide if it is worth it for them and their needs just be aware reward points dont count unless you have best buy credit card you may get a certificate coupon without it i think my first on was 20 dollars after i spent a thousand dollars without card

Good to have the memebership

The reason was not clear. I bought an open box in excellent condition. That should never happen! When somebody brings back a computer the staff should check if the computer is back to factory settings. But obviously nobody did that. And because of that I miss the laptop now for 4 weeks because it was more than two weeks at Best Buy for the reset and I am on vacation now. Not the best experience I had until now with Best Buy with that laptop. But the staff was wonderful and tried to help me as good as possible. That made my experience a little bit better. A big thank you for that! I hope the laptop will work fine and I will have no problems in the future with it anymore.

BEST BUY ROCKS

It’s my favorite place to shop. I recently purchased a ring camera for my son and because I’m a member plus I got a $70 discount. I have purchased many TVs and many other numerous items.

Best Buy Membership

For example, I got a great member price on my Dell laptop, Microsoft Office, and Norton Security. In fact, the savings I received more than offset the price of the membership. Now I have the advantage of having the use of the membership for other items. I'm thinking of getting a surge protector at a reduced price. Also, the service I received at the store was fantastic. I ordered a HP envy printer which was not in stock that day. They assured me it would arrive in a few days and surely it did arrive. I received an email with instructions and when I arrived at the store they knew exactly what I came for and I was able to go out the door with it in less than ten minutes!

The free 2-day shipping is great, but the real value for me is the extended 60-day return window. It takes the stress out of buying expensive tech because I have two full months to decide if I want to keep it.

Extraordinary Shopping Experience

Truly he is a wonder: he has a uniquely warm welcoming style and is literally encyclopedic in knowledge - he was able to answer all of the questions we asked, he anticipated and shared information that was meaningful and informative for us - he exhibited a patience that permitted our feeling relaxed and thorough in our choices - he listened exceptionally well, seeking to ensure we were getting exactly what we preferred - the whole experience was without pressure, pleasant, and enjoyable - and this extended to the “financing” part when we got to work with Ed, another exemplar individual!

I always double check now though if they tell me my membership has expired. In the pass they have told me that and come to find out we were still active. We lost a printer that way.
