I like it because when my computer gets messed up, I can get in touch with the Geek Squad and the problem in usually fixed ASAP.

The total membership is awesome. It made me feel safe purchasing my washer and dryer because of the added protection.

My BestBuy Plus membership is well worth the cost. The TV that I purchased went on sale within the timeframe provided by My BestBuy coverage. The price adjustment process was fast and easy. It saved $200.

This membership is real value.it gives you offers to save money on the items

So I haven’t really purchased anything from Plus. Although I do see the deals every now and then but I’m just looking for the right deal, but it’s great to have the option.

Would recommend this membership especially if you know you have some larger purchases coming up that require installation

It's great having easy returns and special deals. Worth the annual price.

This seemed like a good idea. The only benefit I really see is a longer return time. But the rewards still sucks. I spent a lot of money and had $25 in rewards, but it's only good for a month. Rewards should be good for six months to a year. If we earn it, give us time to use it. Disappointed. No major benefits to this membership.

I normally have a lot of issues ordering stuff on websites and finding deals. I’ve noticed on this Best Buy app that there are a lot of great deals, but it is very time-consuming. I wish they had it much easier set up where I don’t constantly have the refund my spot whenever I’m looking at items and lose Where I was at when I go to click on different item and have to restart all over again to get back to the same spot I was in my search but other than that I’d say that there’s a lot better deals on electronics than I’ve ever seen on Amazon
