The membership is useful overall. Longer time for price match and return in case something happens. Honestly even if Total membership is expensive, pole should consider the plus membership.

It's ok. I like it for the 60 day return policy that's about it.

I love this membership because can save a lot money

In my opinion, this is unnecessary profit for Best Buy. Maybe it’s useful for some people, but what they currently offer is not enough to justify the $49 price. To me, it feels like extra revenue for Best Buy rather than real value for customers.

This membership is great for people who are deeply involved in electronics and make frequent purchases, both for the heavy discounts and free use of the Geek Squad. If that’s you, it’s worth it!

The Membership Plan was a great benefit when my refrigerator died and the one I wanted was on back order. The Plan allowed Best Buy to provide me with a loaner refrigerator until the one I wanted was back in stock.

This membership is super valuable to us. We check prices and sales often and are able to save money on electronic purchases.

It’s been great having the freedom to buy a device and try it for 30 days a still able to return it.

Wanted all files on old computer transferred to the new Dell. Eric was great in setting up the Dell but the files didn't transfer - some of the programs did but no data. Went into Geek Squad and they gave me a Thumb Drive with supposedly all the data on it but I can't find the place to plug it in.

This membership is a great value! Plus i love getting unlimited geek squad pricing, membership pricing, and more! Will buy again!

Delivery guys could not / refused to install dryer so I had to hire someone else. On top of that, Best Buy would not do a partial refund on my purchase saying that "installation is free". Seems fishy...

Will having this best buy plus membership is a great value thing. The processes of getting me approve for it was very fast and the sales staff that was doing it on computer was very friendly and experienced. And I also like the benefits of this membership it gives me the protection for something that I buy with my best buy card and also for no interest for one year. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to save some money for not paying interest for one year.

Gives you longer to return something, and maybe has a few items a little cheaper as a result, but having to pay for that privilege seems like another way companies are just looking out to gouge consumers. I would give it 3 stars, but the only reason why I give it 4 is this is just the world we live in now. Without this charge, retailers like Best Buy would just lose against the Amazons of this new world. So, if you want to touch/feel/play with the products before you buy, you need to have the Best Buys still around.

As someone who shops at Best Buy first for all electronics needs, whether that be personal or business needs (Hotel Management). Best Buy plus brings many perks. Such as free Two-Day shipping, exclusive discounts and an extended return window. All three of these have been super useful, if I need to add in a new TVs for some of my Rooms, I got a new TVs in two days. If I get a defective TV or any electronic item I bought and or it started messing up after 30 days? Easy exchange or return. Even the discounts on TVs or even the heavy discounts on Apple Products (our family owned Business runs on Apple Products) is absolutely useful in saving us money and putting it towards where it needs to go! As a business owner or even just regular Best Buy Customer, this is really just a quality of life decision. You will enjoy the perks and feel more confident in your purchases!
