Its a good value, specifically the longer return or reeplacement policy. It makes buying the bigger more expensive items much more stomachable. Knowing there is a bit of a safety net is something goes wrong.

I purchased the Best Buy Plus membership prior to buying new TVs for my home. This saved me money and gave me access to free shipping. Since those purchases I have purchased and shipped several more items. The convenience of having access to the wide availability of new and open box items for free shipping has been amazing. Went to purchase a refrigerator and waited 15 + minutes, only to have a gentleman who couldn’t answer any of our questions. He was able to pull up a pic on his phone but that was about it. Was also thinking of purchasing a tv but held off for the time being.
