This year I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and a PlayStation 5 from Best Buy. Here’s my experience: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6: I’ve been thrilled with my purchase. The foldable design is innovative and adds a lot of versatility to my daily use. The screen quality is exceptional, making it perfect for both work and entertainment. However, the battery life could be better, especially with heavy usage. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product. PlayStation 5: The PlayStation 5 has been a game-changer for my gaming experience. The graphics are stunning, and the load times are incredibly fast. The only downside is that it can be a bit bulky, but that’s a minor issue compared to the overall performance. Customer Service: Both purchases were smooth, and the staff at Best Buy were helpful in answering my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. The price drop feature alone paid for the program. Buy without worry, add a price drop alert in the Best Buy app, and receive the difference. Great for buying big ticket items while they’re in stock prior to it going on sale.

I went to the store to purchase an unlocked phone. I originally thought I'd just take it and do the backup and data transfer with activation myself. And wow am I glad I didn't. Had some issues that were taken care of by the staff in store only because I purchased this membership. I look forward to the savings I might experience having the membership.

The Best Buy membership is really helpful It’s great for getting discounts, rewards, and extra perks when you shop often. I like the benefits and how easy it is to use in-store and online. The only downside is that it’s worth it mostly if you shop there frequently, but overall it definitely adds value

It seems like a good deal but I'm already using a subscription like Amazon Prime, so I'm not sure where I'm getting any deals from this one since I'm limited to electronics and appliances. This came as part of a promotion to purchase something else, buying the Plus membership, which brought down the price of the item I was buying, but now I'm temporarily locked into a subscription for both things until I cancel, and I'm not a fan of subscriptions.

I was able to get notified about 1 product and it was reserved for 24 hours. That was REALLY cool! But it only happened once. I wish it was more common.

The real value to this membership is a few times a month member deals become available which allows you to get products at really good prices. I will buy toys throughout the year at great prices and use them as Christmas/birthday gifts.

I am so glad we chose this membership! The laptop I purchase went on sale $250 less than what I paid for it. Which paid for getting the discount discounted rate plus $50. And then again we bought a television set under the same program and it also went on sale and we were able to get refunded for that amount.

The product is truly amazing, it is the one i really wanted with all the features i have been wanting to have and to use. Quality wise is absolutely guaranteed.

I don't like add-ons or extra charges. I also don't like a mere 15-day return policy, especially for items that take time to evaluate. 30-day or even more is best, but I found that this was worth it for me this year. Why? This year purchases included nice bookshelf speakers (I needed more than 15 days to compare them to a different brand I got elsewhere), 3 laptops (if you're busy like me, I need more than 15 days to evaluate). Given pricing and availability, Plus made sense. It's for a year, but you can turn it "on" and "off" (pro rated usage). It was handy for the bookshelf speakers (I actually returned the brand I got at Best Buy, nice to have had more time to return). I turned Plus "off" quickly so it cost me next to nothing. Then my wife and 2 kids off-to-college needed laptops. Best Buy prices were competitive, so I signed back up for Plus, and have kept it for 2-3 months. It saved my bacon once or twice as we worked the gear out. Then I found I needed more kid-college-tech and a couple of backup SSDs for 2 new pc's I built in spring, as well as for a mac: Plus to the rescue once again, gave me the time I needed to make sure the gear worked and was what I needed. So, once a skeptic, now I'm not so grumpy about extra bucks for a longer return period. I can be worthwhile.
