Not good - cashier was super pushy and insisted that by opting in for the membership it would result in an immediate credit of $25 given the nature and amount of my purchase. That turned to be a lie. It was also indicated by cashier that the item I was buying would likely get on sale and I should be able to claim the difference (I never believed that part, so no harm there), BUT the info was also untrue. Overall, I take issue with the approach of sharing misleading info to get folks to sign up for membership. If I can’t trust folks to be honest why should I prioritize the brand and become a member? Canceling membership as a result of the above.

Favorable member prices. Staff is always very supportive and looking for my lowest priced options.

I think the membership is worth it. Especially if you are purchasing lots of electronics. However, I do think that the frequency of electronic purchases a little less frequent to sign up for a membership. Perhaps I didn't get the whole gist of what was available.I will say that

I never occurred to me how much money I would save acquiring this membership for bestbuy as well as the deals I would be notified of but would highly recommend especially for its price.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a 77" OLED Samsung TV. The price was right and included a free install which were were really grateful for. Install techs did a great job and accomplished in 90 minutes what would have taken me all week-end. They had the right tools and spacers which were badly needed. Sales team at Eden Prairie store were great and everything they promised turned out to be spot-on including the $170 in store credit which we used for a new digital watch. For us it was a great experience.

So glad our daughter recommended we get a membership at Best Buy. It is helpful for us, as we need help learning to use our first smart tv purchase, and sound bar. It is all a puzzle to us, but the geeks are helping us fit the pieces together.

It has worked for me. Good deals and protection plans.

I recently bought a desktop at this store and I have to say that the service was excellent. I totally recommend it.

I was very happy about this. It makes purchasing fun because there are always extra discounts for members. Plus I do like the extra return time you are given in case I have any issues. I see the value in having the membership and will continue to have it yearly.

Best Buy is on of my favorite store great service. Quality good guarantee best service any problem they they take care of you. I buy my appliances here electronic and computer

It's worth it for one purchase sometimes if that products savings are greater than the membership price.

I always have a good experience when I go into Best Buy. The workers are very knowledgeable & helpful. My last experience was when I bought my daughter a Ipad. She loves it & it was exactly what she needed for school. Thank you Best Buy

This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this to anyone. My husband and I went into Best Buy to revamp our entire TV experience. We planned a smart TV, antenna, router/modem, and a recorder. We also entertained geek squad to set up everything. We intended was to cut the cord to cable TV. I did my research ahead of time and looked at hardware and the geek squad info and felt confident I knew what was up.We did purchase all the equipment, and the sales rep sold us on the "price match protection". So now comes the time to talk geek squad. I said this should be about $350. The sales rep said "No, it will only be $200 since you purchased the additional protection. Great, got a good deal. The tec comes to set it up. He comes in at 5:55 pm (5 mins before the "end time". I show him everything we purchased. He took an immediate attitude and said "I'm only here to setup the TV" and wouldn't do any of the router/modem or the recorder. He would only unbox the TV (could have done that myself. So now, I'm left trying to work with customer services. They tell me I can get the router/modem setup for an additional $175. They told me they can't help me a too bad about the no setup. So fast forward a month, still no router/modem setup. Now the router modem that I paid $300 for is on sale for $199. Remember, I bought the price protection. I sent an email with my receipt and a copy of the ad. I get a message back that I have to go into the store. What a scam. Very unhappy customer. Will buy my appliances from Home Depot.

The TLC television is just the right size for my living room. It has a nice vibrant and clear picture. And the best part is the price.... a very good deal.
