BB Plus is nice and the no interest is good but would be great if as long as you pay before the year is up for example instead of paying every month as long as you pay before the year is up no interest, I mean I want to pay maybe every 2months or 3 months still no interest and i do it before my year is up and im in good standing it should not effect my credit rating

I don’t usually do memberships, but My Best Buy Plus™ has been totally worth it. What I really like is the extended return window. It just makes shopping feel a lot less risky, especially for big tech purchases. And the special pricing they give members? So good. I save on things I was going to buy anyway. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this pays for itself fast. Totally recommend it!

Aside from the free shipping perk, My Best Buy Plus members will occasionally get (limited time) special pricing on products from BB. I am not sure exactly what causes these offers, or if they tend to occur at certain times, but if you are shopping on the website or app, keep your eyes peeled for special member pricing! It can help to defray or even fully cover the cost of your annual membership.

I was very pleased with my customer experience in purchasing a refrigerator in February 2024. Although the refrigerator arrived severely damaged, the delivery technician was so helpful by immediately contacting Best Buy customer service to ensure I got a replacement. In the meantime, he installed the smashed unit so that I had a Working refrigerator until the replacement arrived. The email instructions for preparing for the delivery were thorough, and scheduling delivery was efficient. Customer service representatives were courteous and helpful. Return policy is EXCELLENT.

This was a good investment. I got my money back from it just 3 weeks after a computer purchase as the price of the computer went on sale, and went down more than $50. I still have the rest of the year to take advantage of other benefits!

We purchased a new refrigerator. Brian Corsino was excellent in helping us with our purchase. When we had issues, he was very responsive in helping us getting the problem solved even when we had to leave town the next day.

I wanted to share my experience with the My Best Buy Plus™ membership. Overall, I've found it to be really valuable. The perks are great. I love getting discounts on items I buy, and the extra $50-100 discounts for Plus members are awesome.Plus, I've already purchased two Apple computers in a row using my membership! Using the membership has been easy. The website is simple to navigate, and finding member-only deals is straightforward. It's nice knowing I can access all these benefits without any hassle. Most importantly, I think the membership is worth the cost. The savings I get easily make up for the subscription fee. My shopping experience with Best Buy has definitely been better since becoming a Plus member. Thanks for offering such a good membership program. I'm looking forward to enjoying more perks in the future.

In order to benefit from the membership you need to be very habitual about checking the app for sales, if there were more benefits for members when it comes to video games like exclusive editions or something it would be more appealing.

Love how was able to get member price with this reward and go there is 60 days to do price match after purchase. The rewards purchase was very economical just didn’t like that I had to link a card where it auto renews.

It’s a little expensive, the discounts aren’t fantastic. Honestly though, for being able to return products nearly 60 days later. It’s worth it. I buy a bunch of stuff, might as well make sure I don’t get a bad product
