This is good, but I actually upgraded the plan to the next level so I could get extended warranties

I hadn't been in a Best Buy store for many years. I purchased a HP Desktop combo. Although I had to make 3 visits to the store; I was treated with the utmost respect. I'm a senior & have been retired for 8 years. It's definitely been a learning curve to familiarize myself with a touch screen, Wi-Fi mouse & keyboard & a very wide screen. All of the Best Buy employees were very forthcoming in explaining every detail to make my purchase even easier on me. On my 2nd visit, one of the employees greeted me with such enthusiasm & made my visit even more worthwhile dealing with the Geek Squad & customer service.

I have purchased many large items from Best Buy because the prices are very fair, compared to many other stores. There is no high pressure to buy whatever you are looking for, but all questions will be answered. I have purchased refrigerators, computers, small appliances, televisions and many other items which I have been very pleased with. I will continue shopping here.

This membership was cancelled there was not much detail as well as clarity about the automatic renewal not happy that is why I canceled this.

The membership gives you more protection than if you don’t have it. The protection extends to 60 days of price match guarantee if the item is reduced. That in itself is pretty good. Also, the ease of returns/replacement is worth it. As long at the notifications do overwhelm.

So far so good! After I purchased a TV and Sound Bar, I watched the deals of the day. Then, about 5 weeks later I noticed that both of these had had price reductions and were on sale. I went in to BB to inquire. I was credited the difference from my purchase so that I was given the sale price retroactively. It was easy and well worth the price of the membership!

At first I was skeptical but decided to purchase this for the price protection and return policy. It paid for itself within 2 weeks since the item went on sale for $50 less than I originally paid. Best Buy refunded the difference to me without a hassle. I enjoy the member benefits and price drops. I highly recommend adding this to your purchase.

Love Best Buy and their products, but I paid off my card in full and they closed my account. So cancelling this subscription. Always paid on time.

This is a nice-to-have subscription for techies. I earned a lot of rewards and heavily discounted products. I also like having the longer return window and free shipping.

Was worth every penny. Save almost 200 on receiver day of purchase and have 60 days on price match that saved me thousands on the Klipsch speakers I’ve purchased in the last 2 weeks.

I love ny new laptop, it runs smooth with no issues. Super fast gameplay! And also i an going back to school so it has the capability to assist me in all my work i need to get done.

It's money well spent. I enjoy every moment of the benefits that I receive by being a member. It's a good value. The returns are awesome for the membership, and all the special offices that I get upfront before the average people are worth it. That's all I can say.

Overall it’s worth the $50 a year. Inside the years since I’ve purchased it I’ve saved over $200 on purchases I would have made regardless of having the membership. Down side is customer support could care less if you are a member or not when you reach out to them on the app. They aren’t rude.. but it certainly doesn’t help you any.

I put 3 stars for the fact I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Im sure there are lots of great deals to be had by being a member. once I get a chance to use it I will probably update this review and give it a higher score.
