    I got sold on the membership when buying my tv. Thought I was getting played, but the membership has actually been paying off. Since my tv purchase Best Buy has given me $300 in gift cards and I got my sound bar for $30!

    For me, the entire point of signing up for Plus was the promise of priority and improved odds on high demand releases. Best Buy customer service repeatedly told me that being a paid member would grant me priority in these virtual “lines”. The reality is, it doesn’t do anything. Your odds under a paid membership are no better than free members. It also does not give you improved odds for their “invite only” purchasing windows, either. I’ve entered their virtual queues several hundred times over the last 12 months and have only been successful less than 10 times. On top of that, in the year since I signed up for Plus, Best Buy has made absolutely ZERO improvements to back-end infrastructure that would help to mitigate bots from buying out all the high demand product. While you sit in a fake line, bots just breeze right past it and buy swaths of product. In a time where all of their competitors have at least attempted to make strides to help their human customers secure product, Best Buy has chosen to do nothing. Every single high demand release or drop is botted to high heaven. It’s a joke. Any time I called Customer Service and complained about my experience, they just say they’re sorry and say they will note my issue and pass it along. Then there’s the exclusive offers for Plus members. They’re comically bad. They’re usually ~5-10% off products no one wants in the first place. Or on the rare occasion it is a desirable product, you can find a better price from one of their competitors without the need for a yearly membership. Listen, I know my issue probably seems stupid to some people reading this, but this is the main reason I signed up and paid for this membership and it doesn’t function anything like they promised. Anyone else considering this program for the same reason should know ahead of time. To other people considering Plus: if you just want a longer return window, then sure, sign up for Plus. That’s about all it’s good for. Otherwise, don’t bother.

    Unlike most in-store membership plans the benefits offered are actually worthwhile. Six month free All Access Sirius XM subscription sold me..not to mention daily deals, etc..

    The biggest benefits of the Best Buy membership in my opinion has to do with return windows but also the special membership deals. Unfortunately, because we spend more than enough money at Best Buy annually, we used to receive those perks for free every year ... just for reaching the required thresholds of dollars spent at your store. So I cannot say that spending $50 for a benefit that used to come to us "for free" is really of any value other than saving us from having return windows close too early.

    I was so thrilled to get this membership! The value is beyond what I expected. And the bonus was that I immediately needed to use it. My purchase was delivered & turns out had a manufacturer defect. Best Buy had a replacement to me within days! My husband was in the hospital seriously ill and Best Buy took care of everything. I had very little to do in the exchange!

    My purchase was excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable, very attentive and patient. I will always get my tv and appliances from Best Buy. I Will recommend to all my family and friends.

    I bought it was good and extended my return period and offered some deals but the customer service of Bestbuy was very incompetent and just wasted my time and efforts and lying and wasted my 2 months to even told me to buy an LG product to gain or win the rewards or to get the $400 rewards because of my loyalty but at end just wasting my time

    Phone has some great features but the built in camera is not one of them. Sound quality isn't perfect either.
