I purchased the membership when I purchased my MacBook Air. It seems to be if great value, especially with the 60 day return window.

Best Buy Plus is a great membership deal. It provides 2 months worth of time to try each product you purchase and return it if you want to for a full refund. The membership pricing isnt usually crazy but the deals best buy provides in general are pretty good. Better than any other store tbh. But those membership deals add up over time. Definitely get this if you are a best buy regular.

I bought this at the urging of sales staff so that if the price of my main purchase dropped in two months I would see a benefit. I have not had the membership long enough to discern any value. So far it has resulted in a lot of email. I do find the Best Buy buying experience pretty pleasant and painless. Jury still out on this membership.

Kind of feel like I just agreed to this so the employee can make commission or whatever they do for that hoping I actually get the rebate that they were talking about if my product drops in price but not sure how to do that

Giovanni and Marcos were amazing! They were super patient and even assisted me with deciding on which pair of AirPods to purchase. They were both kind and understanding of what I expressed my needs to be in a new pair of AirPods. They explained the Best Buy Plus membership options extremely well; so well that I didn’t want to leave the store without one! I’m looking forward to making more purchases from this location and with the team.

I don’t think my family will really benefit from this membership. The associate who signed us up told me I would be alerted if any of the items I have purchased went on sale especially during Black Friday and I would be refunded the difference . Some of the items did go on sale but I wasn’t alerted and also I would not be able to go in to Best Buy to claim the difference as it is 3 hours away . There were other “ great “ things this guy sold us about the membership but not true. My whole experience at the Spokane valley Best Buy was really awful.

Went on the app to find what is the best tv for streaming. The guy that helped me was excellent answered all my questions without hesitation

At first we only have less budget for buying washing machine and I’m glad Best Buy employee help me to pick a brand new machine on my budget

This membership is truly great and worth the value. If you make a decent amount of purchases like I do, the price drops alone that you can get the difference credited back for pays for itself. Aside from that, having the Geek Squad available and the warranty available is a bonus to the membership and a no brainer to have.

We were very pleased with our purchase of the new refrigerator. Our salesman was very, very informative and easy to work with. The two gentleman that delivered it were extremely professional and also very friendly. It was a great experience all around.

It provides good value when the special offers from other companies can be taken advantage of. Otherwise, it doesn't make much sense for infrequent and small purchases.

I was able to get the lower price two times within the 60 day period . Whenever I go to the store to purchase anything or use my reward points it is very easy and the employees are very helpful.
