Despite a delivery driver (Tony) suffering a leg injury, he made a great effort (through great pain) to carry my equipment (which was very heavy) to the third floor (No elevator). This membership saves me so much money on buying extended warranties. I am already covered by Best Buy Plus. There are extensive benefits to this membership that allows me to feel secure in my purchase.

The purchase of the membership was suggested to me by a store manager as it immediately paid for itself with the purchase that I was looking to make.

If you want/need the 60 day return window, then this membership is probably worth the $50. It's almost like insurance, giving you more time to gain experience with your purchases before making the final decision on whether you keep it or not.

I was helpfully greeted and exactly directed to my Airpods location. I was interested in the open box cost and in learning the difference between version 2 and 4. The young man who helped me scanned all boxes to find the lowest price and recommended model. He was super kind and, especially due to my vision impairment, very patient as I made my decision and carried out the payment steps.

Eddie at the Seekonk Best Buy is absolutely a master at his job. I never felt pushed into anything. Any questions I had he made sure to answer or get the answer for me. We walked out with a dishwasher. We were looking at several. He reminded me of one dishwasher that we eventually pushed that because of my Best Buy membership I get $350 off the price. Eddie was very informative and so helpful. My wife and I are new home owners. We currently don't have a dishwasher in our house. This will instantly change how we do things in our house and also most importantly conserve water. Thank you so very much Eddie!
