I had the best experience and woukd recomment this store globally. My item.was the only one available. The staff found the item and even set it up to my ipod. I was offered membership and the benifits which came with it. I am supper greatful for my merbership with BestBy.

Love the value this brings. Gives peace of mind on the products that I bought plus receive great speedy assistance when checking out. There are lots of perks too as part of being a member.

The membership only seems helpful if you like to shop best buy or if you have a business and need their help with the tech repairs. Unfortunately, for the average user, I don't think the membership is any help. Unless you find a few products that have the membership special sales. But I found even the membership discounts are still comparable to other online options. However, the extra return policy with the membership is very nice and would be great for people that like to tinker or are unsure if the product they bought they will want to keep.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a 77" OLED Samsung TV. The price was right and included a free install which were were really grateful for. Install techs did a great job and accomplished in 90 minutes what would have taken me all week-end. They had the right tools and spacers which were badly needed. Sales team at Eden Prairie store were great and everything they promised turned out to be spot-on including the $170 in store credit which we used for a new digital watch. For us it was a great experience.

I highly recommend getting this when you purchase at Best Buy prices are always going down and if you catch it on time, you can save money. I saved over $300 for 49 bucks as well worth it.
