Did not see a savings value in the membership. However, I did feel that the customer serves better and delivery set up was easier due to being a member. Other perks apply as a member.

this is a must need with best buy, it’s like going to the movies and just getting a soda…you need the popcorn…this is the popcorn you need!

I think this is worth it for my own personal reasons, primarily the 2 day free shipping. I also like the extended return window, as I have a bad habbit of forgetting to go by the store!

We had good help from the staff in finding the printer that we needed.

We thoroughly enjoy our membership. We use it often and are welcomed by the Geek Squad with a smile and a LOT of knowledge. We often just walk in with arms loaded and walk out satisfied.

The person who assisted me multiple times was an excellent representative for Best Buy. She was knowledgeable, professional and just plain smart. Was extremely impressed with two persons at Best Buy who were equally outstanding. The first was a gentlemen who sold me the items and the second person was the master technician who offered operating knowledge.

I loved this membership apart from the purchase I made they gave me gift cards insurance at a good price and I also liked how quickly they accommodated my new refrigerator in my house I am so happy I have much more space to store food and with children you always need one a lot of space to store your meals apart from the modern that looks my kitchen with the new and modern refrigerator thank you very much I found just what I was looking for.

Bought a membership for the excellent return policy when I built my PC. Price matching and 60 day returns made the membership more than worthwhile. I didn’t experience pushy membership type of shenanigans or upselling either. I would utilize this type of membership again if I build another PC or make a substantial purchase from best buy

It’sa good value if you buy a lot of tech and get a lot of repairs. 2 day shipping is nice and extended return policy is great. I didn’t buy enough stuff to keep it though

The young person that helped me during my laptop purchase was very knowledgeable. he took time to make sure i got a laptop that would fit all my needs.

I am a 79 year-old man who is daunted by all things electronic and I live 50 miles away. Best Buy employees always treat me politely and with patience. They have helped me with the purchase and trouble-shooting of computers. They have helped me purchase TVs and their installations. I think they are great.

If you are buying a lot of computer parts, best buy plus is worth it. 60 day return policy is a good peace of mind. the best thing is that price matching also applies for that 60 day too. I already had a 45 dollar discount being processed right now for 64GB of RAM. With a 60 day window, a lot more opportunity to price match. only thing i wish is that best buy offers best buy plus/total members better chance to buy high demand items like a 5090 video card.

The customer service at both Fresno and Clovis stores is excellent. They are friendly, caring, helpful, treat you with respect. Fitz at the Fresno store is always pleasant and wants to make sure you experience positive service.
