It worth it, this a great value for the money, just on discounts I have meds my money back, totally worth it.

Staff was very patient with .y numerous times i had called in for help with .y laptop and printer sca ning for hackerproofing. The membership proved to be a GREAT value in terms of Best Buy itself!! The customer service and the discounts alone are a great seller!! However, beware of WHO is shipping your package. They can only help so much on this end. FedEx is chronically the worst shipper and Best Buy can't help when they lose/damage your package beyond a refund...IF it makes it to your home. Beyond that, I highly recommend Best Buy Plus.

The New 70 inch TLC TELEVISION is a great deal for the price and for us we have had the Expensive TV's and let me tell you that this TLC TELEVISION Stands up big time in Comparison to the most Expensive Brand name Tvs on the market today from the great color too the sound & also the apps the remote control is voice activated and Google it works every time with out delay compared to my Vizio TV Remote in the other room I replaced this TV from a RCA 65 inch screen and I truly am very pleased with the new TLC Television and I'm going to be purchasing a new one for our room when we are ready, you need a new TV you should give The TLC Television Google Remote voice activated you won't be disappointed just run out to your nearest Best Buy Store and get your new TLC Television you will be totally Satisfied we sure are The price is great and the TV is Excellent.

Excellent. I don't really like to return things but the extended 60 day return window is reassuring. It came in handy when i bought a laptop that worked well but didn't fit what i was going to use it for. When I buy my next laptop i am going to upgrade the membership aince it extends the warranty.

Not sure if my previous review went through. When I bought this membership I was assured by the sales rep and the manager that it covered setting up mynew phone. I asked a few times if they were sure because it wasn' listed in the promotion for this membership.when I took it to the Pittsford store, the person who was helping me said the membership didn't cover the set up of my new phone. I explained to him what I had been told at the other store and he was really nice about going ahead and setting up my phone for me.

I hadn't been in a Best Buy store for many years. I purchased a HP Desktop combo. Although I had to make 3 visits to the store; I was treated with the utmost respect. I'm a senior & have been retired for 8 years. It's definitely been a learning curve to familiarize myself with a touch screen, Wi-Fi mouse & keyboard & a very wide screen. All of the Best Buy employees were very forthcoming in explaining every detail to make my purchase even easier on me. On my 2nd visit, one of the employees greeted me with such enthusiasm & made my visit even more worthwhile dealing with the Geek Squad & customer service.
