Getting this membership, while spending a few hundred dollars on some entertainment room additions saved me more than a hundred dollars. Definitely worth it if you plan on making some big purchases! Thank you to the staff for helping me get this deal!

I’ve been a Best Buy member for a few months now, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for tech purchases. The exclusive member deals have saved me a lot, especially on electronics and accessories. I love the free shipping with no minimum purchase and the extended return window, which gives me peace of mind when buying expensive items. The early access to sales is a huge bonus too! Overall, the membership easily pays for itself, and I highly recommend it to anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly.

This membership is okay enough, I guess. So far I haven’t gotten any use out of it, though. There isn’t really much value to it. It’s expensive and there really aren’t very many perks. I miss the days of Elite, Elite Plus, Gamers Club Unlocked, etc. Now those were really worthwhile. I have quite a long time left on it, though, so I’m hoping that it’ll change my mind about it. I’m open to being pleasantly surprised.

Have not used the option much but it did give me a reasonable time to exchange a a Home Theater receiver. However, I did exchange it for a pricer model of the ONKYO line up.

I purchased in-store a set of Bose - QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones. When checking out the cashier told me that instead of purchasing the Bose 2-year extended warranty plan I should get the My Best Buy Plus Annual membership instead, as it would be less expensive AND also cover defects and replacement parts. Having been to the store last Sunday for additional purchases, including picking-up another set of online purchased apple AirpodMax headphones, the associate then told me that the Best Buy Plus membership does not cover any warranty work, nor repairs at all – but provides an extended return period for purchases made (which may come in handy for gifting during the holiday season). Purchasing the respective Bose as well as apple 2-year extended warranty plan then I had no need for the Best Buy Plus Yearly Membership plan at all. Calling Best Buy Plus membership department did not result in being able to cancel due to apparent misfunction in their system with the “press button” feature on ones mobile phone. Contacting Best Buy through the established account with the Chat function is arduous at best, with waiting times upfront and inbetween to get the request completed. The first representative could not even find my Best Buy Plus membership plan, nor did she advise that my chat would be transferred to a different department leaving me in a waiting loop for 14 minutes, which looked as if the chat got hung up (the second representative was able to cancel the membership successfully). As much as I truly enjoy visiting the Best Buy “candy store” – they have a ways to go to have their staff properly trained at all levels, and in all departments. Once the customer feels tricked into purchasing something he does not need, and then have to go through time and nerve consuming return & refund process, the enjoyment disappears and makes room for frustration and aggrevation. Make it easy for the customer: purchasing, returns, warranty claims & repairs, and business should deservedly flourish. No, I do not recommend this product.

Membership is truly worth it. The amount I've saved from membership discounts is many times over the amount spent on the membership. My membership basically paid for itself when I saved $50 on my first purchase of a MacBook Pro. The extended 60-day return policy is also great! No other businesses let you return many tech products after a week or two.

Used it to get Cyber savings after it was purchased a month ago. Called the number provided, talked to a cheerful agent, and got my $250.00 savings.

I was indifferent about receiving a one year membership for this with the purchase of my laptop. Unfortunately I didn’t check into some of the perks for a few months after receiving it and wasted that time. There are many perk and deals that I think would offset the cost of the membership and I’m definitely considering renewing it for this coming year.
