The member pricing alone has already saved me a lot, and the free shipping makes every purchase super convenient. The Geek Squad support is a great bonus — it gives me peace of mind knowing any tech issue can be handled easily. I also like that I get early access to special deals and exclusive offers that aren’t available to everyone. Overall, it’s definitely worth it if you shop at Best Buy regularly. Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes — it pays for itself fast!

Best Buy is reliable!

I like to try before I buy. They are fantastic at having things on display so you can see how new products work. They have a knowledgeable staff that is always friendly and happy to answer questions. They also have a fantastic return policy. My only complaint is that I typically leave with more than I went in for!! However I run a small buisness so that usually equates to better productivity!

Great Perks That Really Add Up

The biggest thing for me has been getting early access to sales. I was able to get a new monitor during a member-only event, and it felt awesome knowing I got a jump on the crowd. The 60-day return policy is also huge—it gives me plenty of time to set up and test out my electronics without feeling rushed. I also appreciate the free shipping, especially since I live a little far from the store. Overall, the perks really make the membership feel valuable and worth the small annual fee.

However….Geek Squad installer never answers our text or returns our calls when we have an issue with our new television. He even gave us his work cell number. Even our local BB manager can’t get them to call us. The “in store” Geeks are very helpful. Membership is beneficial for installation only basically.

Membership is a big help for basic ongoing support

So service agent suggested upgrading to Premium plan since it would cover the diagnostic and repair on my old computer. So it really worked out right away. But now I will have the added benefit to build a service relationship with BEst buy throughtout the year. Only negative was on geek squad. They did repair my old pc well and set up my new computer. But they reinstalled and upgraded microsoft office/one drive for me and forgot to update numerous settings that were disconnected due to this approach. Had to reconnect by HP printer and noticed all my excel files were now xlsw not xls.

Bad customer service

First time I went in had a nice young man explaining the difference between Samsung and LG. I went home and I price checked other places. I went back to Best Buy with the thought that I am purchasing a TV. I had an older sales rep. I told him what I want to purchase and he told me that they did not have that tv. He showed me one for $1299. I stated I don't want that. He at that time said to me take it or live it and "I'm done with you" and he walked away. I was thinking of walk out but a nice men asked me if he could help me as I was walking out. Was very helpful and I always had great help with phones tablets, so I purchased the tv. after my purchase was completed , I asked to see the manager. Told him what occurred with the sales person. He apologized an d said it was good that I told him about that service. The delivery was set up for 1 day after my purchase. I was very surprised that best Buy Buy employs people that really don't want to be there and deal with the public. That is why I gAVE A "3"

Nice to have and not terribly expensive.

The sales that I get from being a member don't usually seem to be stuff that I would be interested in, but for others it may be nice.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While i did love it at first, seems when the glow falls from the petals and the hidden scarcities take in account limitations that there's an even better version and you don't get the return policies the same if you buy from online than in store. found that out after being hospitalized, coming out to return a laptop i was having issues with 2 day after 30 days. now i have a boat anchor of a laptop. But for everything else i would highly recomend getting it .,.,.
