This membership program has been incredible. I can't think of a better offer out there! With as expensive as tech and electronics can be, the relative cost to the savings is unbelievable. I find that my HP 67 ink is cheaper than at Staples. Asking for simple help or guidance requires an appointment. Staples helps me right away. I still shop in both shops Bought printer at Staples and ink at BB

It is a very good option to add your plus membership which will help you to do the price match for upto 3 months after your purchase. I did get around 150$ back in 3 months for a laptop.

It required six phone calls to finally get an appointment for an instore visit. On the day it was supposed to be ready, it wasn't and no one called to let me know that it wasn't ready. The one bright spot was that Alice helped me the initial day and knew I was headed out of town. So she, spent the afternoon getting it fixed so I could come back that evening and pick it up. Alice was great but overall my experience was poor.
