Very decent price. Sounds good for the money! Bass is good. Voices clear. Extra top firing speakers.

So far, the fridge is straightforward to use without unnecessary complexity. The storage volume is somewhat less than we anticipated. For the price, we can adapt.

I was kind of scammed into joining the plus membership. I was on the phone buying a phone. The agent told me that in order to get my old phone information onto the new phone I would have to join for the service to be free. When I got to the store I was told to do that I would have to have the next level membership. The guy transferred my information anyway (great service) because I was misinformed. After the process was over he said it would have only cost $8 to do the transfer (the agent on the phone said $90). I am keeping the membership for now, mainly to get the 60 day warrantee on my new phone, But need to say I feel I was misled in getting this plus membership.

Its a good idea to be a membership with great benefits and protection plans

I had to replace a computer that I bought in April because in July I opened it and found the blue page of death. The staff at Ridgedale Best Buy were so helpful and I was able to leave with a new computer in place of the older one. Having the membership is what let this happen.

Its great to have membership as it has helped us to reduce the price of MS Office and also benefit at the purchase of laptop.

I went into Best Buy last month needing to buy a new laptop because my old one had died. The folks in the computer area were very helpful to me, very knowledgeable and very kind. They explained the different models to me and helped me choose a great HP laptop on which I am writing this review.

Some times you pay for a membership but not sure of the benefits. I returned a printer twice because my MacBook was six and the printer needed a minimum of 11. THE CLERK ACCEPTED my printer because I had a 4 year return policy and I went to a received a new printer of my choice. I had almost a $100 worth of cartridges but could get them out. A geek employee was in the area and he took the time to retrieve the cartages . The one issue I seem to have issues with is to find help or a method to call for assistance.
