My "Best Buy Plus" membership is one of the best decisions I have made! I love the service I get with it! I love the perks I get with it, also. Such as, the access to sales, events and products , as well as, the special member pricing! Since, I live a super busy lifestyle the free 2-day shipping is time saving & helpful! Because I live a super busy lifestyle the 60 day return window is super helpful, also! My Best Plus membership is one of the best decisions I have made! Even though, "good customer service" isn't mentioned as part of the membership, I love that Best Buy employees don't mind explaining in detail what I need to get the best value out of items that I am considering. Especially, when it comes to electronics and appliances.

Easy to use so far. We had a very terrible experience with Best Buy delivery and received a store credit for time lost dealing with the mess. We used the store credit to purchase something we then had to delivery. We were bracing for another bad experience, but the Membership actually worked to make the process go more smoothly. Makes you wonder, though - did I just pay for better customer service which maybe should just be free?

We purchased a package deal of appliances and had to do some exchanges. However, every associate assisting us was professional, friendly and provided outstanding service as were those who setup our appliances especially the Geek Squad. We are very pleased with the service we received as well as the timeliness of delivery and setup.

I’m moving all my big electronic purchases to Best Buy because of this membership. Great rewards and has already paid for itself with the savings on one computer purchase.

I bought a Mac book M4 with a trade in and the manager at the store was great and would highly recommend

joined program to extend my price matching for my tv,I also hope to use it for a new computer in the future.
