Great value for membership to protect purchases and get rewards for purchases

excellent my experience was great i love best buy and recommend it to my friends

So when I bought my first TV Sony Bravia 8, the sales person recommended Best Buy Plus in order to be able to exchange it within 60 days. After about 30 days I realized that this is not really the TV that I wanted and I wanted the LG G4 instead. So I just did the return. I had to pay the extra for the G4 but it was well worth it.

Overall good value but geek squad doesn't apply to kitchen appliances -- i was told to contact the manufacturer after a stove top burner stopped working in less than a year

The membership has really paid off for us. Saved 700.00 on a refrigerator purchase and recently 80.00 on Christmas purchased.

I changed this plan to the best plan. I wanted the guarantee component. Note also the older woman at the Geek Squad desk was not nice. I would have walked out were it not for the computer guy named Lewis who was very friendly. I suggest you find a more friendly CSR for your

Help and support is hit or miss - sometimes helpful, sometimes rude, sometimes nothing much at all. Support is overseas-based, so complicated situations require more time and more explanations. If you shop at Best Buy frequently, you may be able to get some better prices. The extended return period is nice, as well as the longer price guarantee.

Absolutely love love love the deals that come with having a best buy membership. Love also having first choice for seeing certain price drops on the app.

Sound is good but not great. My hearing has deteriorated, so I was looking for a way to combine my Roku with an external soundbar. This did the trick.

I’m really happy with the subscription I purchased at Best Buy. It makes returns super easy and stress-free, and I’ve also been able to take advantage of exclusive deals that saved me money. Definitely worth it if you shop here often!

On the one hand, I received assistance from a Geek with an issue on my new HP desktop, that HP failed to fix. On the other hand, I received an open box item that I ordered that was supposed to be in “excellent” condition, but was all beat up. I returned it at the store and was told I would have the refund in a day or two. Called a week later and was told it was in The works. Still waiting.

I have my membership for a while but I honestly haven’t received lots of benefits. But it have great deals sometimes.

This membership gives us value and the customer services are great.

I'm a member of this program for several months now and I think the program is pretty good. I would actually appreciate more "targeted" savings based on past purchases. As an example, I offer, If I'm buying stereo's, sound bars, subwoofers and drones, I really don't care about advertisements for Dyson's, air fryers, washing machines and trash cans. Additionally, is there a higher level of service that has bigger savings? I'd like specific "targeted announcements" of such things.

Man, if you love tech and you know you’re going to make a good amount of purchases you can really take advantage of the deals and benefits like price matching.

Having only used one time, I believe it to be a good value, however I think it works when you use more often, or take advantage of periodic savings by being a member.
