I purchased the Best Buy membership as a money-saving feature when purchasing a new phone. But, besides that, I had the best service at the Columbia, Missouri store. I think Aaron was helping me, and he was super.

It has it's pros and cons. I have kept the reduced membership, but I don't know for how long. It used to be much better. I had to get rid of the larger one because when I needed my macbooks looked at they wouldn't cover them and I no longer own PC's. Also, my other electronics mysteriously stopped functioning just after the warranty period and installs are no longer free so it just wasn't worth it to keep. The reduced package is ok for now.

I normally don’t shop at Best Buy, but I am going to need a new computer soon

Value and quality of refrigerator is excellent. I like the ability to have different sizes of ice produced, The technology of being able to see contents of the refrigerator without opening provides value to making grocery list.

I wish there were more perks to the plus membership. It has a good decent value initially depending on the plus deals, however, I don’t agree with buying this as a lone perk. I feel it doesn’t offer much. There should be a longer return period perk to match other competitions where you don’t have to buy a membership. There is a lot of work needed for the improvement of the membership. The plus heavily outvalues the total however. That membership I feel doesn’t provide much of any value behind the “blanket coverage”.

This membership paid itself off twice when we purchased our refrigerator. First, the addition items/gifts we received on the original purchase, then again when the price dropped a few weeks later and we were able to retroactively price match.

This membership is good for those who are looking to buy stuff from Best Buy in bulk and those who want an extended return policy on purchases ,would be nice if there were more promotions and discounts for members

Living in England and will not be back to USA due to age I can’t really get any benefit from being a member. The salesman told me by being a member I got better discount on my purchases.

For $50 yearly, if you’re a big shopper at Best Buy, this is for you. I love my refrigerator, The salesman who helped was very knowledgeable and friendly he made it a very smooth sale my delivery ended up being g earlier the scheduled they called and notified me it was great. Delivery also explained things to me, also took my old refrigerator definitely will refer people to Best Buy for the awesome service deals and smiles.

The young man that sold me the computer was very helpful. I am old and needed the help, he also was very patient with me. If you don't give him a rise, then don't send me anymore of these reviews. If you like his work, then pay him like you like it. Thank God for good custmorer worker.

Although the items have not been picked up, let alone installed, the purchase was excellent due to the sales associates who assisted us. Klint did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to both products.

I’ve been really happy with my My Best Buy Plus membership. The member pricing alone makes a big difference, especially when buying tech regularly. Have only had it 2 weeks but I think it will be great … had to buy white but it looks good in my kitchen & I got the one w/o a handle & I like that !! My other one was Whirlpool and was over 25 years old !!!

The basic membership we had for one year allowed us to get a discount on a reduced priced printer that we had purchased earlier. We called and got the lower price and a refund of the difference in price on our credit card.

I really like My Best Buy Plus. The member deals are helpful, and I love that if I buy something and the price drops within a month, they refund me the difference. It makes shopping feel safer because I know I’m still getting a good deal. Definitely worth it!

Really depends on how often you buy Best Buy products, however I ran into a recent situation or I was not happy with my purchase but it was past 30 days. Luckily since I have Best Buy plus I was able to return and get a different product with no issues. I'm a big fan of the Plus Membership

At first, I was reluctant to purchase the membership. I thought I would never benefit from it, but shortly after purchasing the refrigerator from Best Buy, I found the exact same model for $100 less, and thanks to my membership, there were no hassles and I was given a price match that more than paid for the price of the membership.
