I haven't used it yet but I am hopeful. It's too soon to review but I'm hopeful.

I have purchased many large items from Best Buy because the prices are very fair, compared to many other stores. There is no high pressure to buy whatever you are looking for, but all questions will be answered. I have purchased refrigerators, computers, small appliances, televisions and many other items which I have been very pleased with. I will continue shopping here.

It's the best membership I've ever had, I recommend it

I found the Best Buy Plus membership to be usefulness. It saved me over $100 when purchasing a laptop, I have also benefited form the free 2-day shipping. Thankfully, I have not needed to return anything but know if I need to, I have 60 days to do so. I have been able to recycle old electronic equipment at Best Buy, which has helped me get rid of clutter. Finally, I have used Best Buy's Geek Squad services at my home and found it to be a great value. Overall, you can't go wrong with everything Best Buy has to offer - the membership is an added bonus.

This is really a great service. You get special discounts and deals catered to your membership which makes the return of your membership cost a value in the end. The return time is extended if there is a change of mind or product not functioning as expected. Plus you waste more money getting each item individually insured! This is a must for techies and non techies buying even one item each season! It’s an investment that makes sense. I’ve saved money with this feature, not lost money, like when I didn’t have this option/feature with others places/stores.

Im glad that i used their best buy card for the appliences i needed. Thankful that im able to support my family and pay slowly with no interest for a whole year! Servixes were great for almost all the appliances, except when buying my laptop. Electronic guy would have lost my sale if it wasnt for my husband being proactive. This employee literally answered in close ended answers. Not such a big help.

If you have frequent buyer, it’s very beneficial especially with the 60 day return policy versus 15. Gives you a greater chance for better price match. That’s besides the member exclusive price.

Best plan overall. The Best Buy Plus membership is totally worth it with exclusive deals, extended returns, and great savings on purchases. Easy to use and very helpful

I've been a Best Buy customer for years and I'm excited to add the Plus Membership!!

I bought this membership when I bought my grandson's laptop. The associate told me that if the price dropped on the computer in 60 days, then the membership would allow me to get the difference back. Lo and behold, the price dropped and there was no hassle and only friendly assistance when I called to make the request. The money I received back more than paid for the membership! I think this was better than the warranty plans that stores sell.

I believe this will simplify things and bring me discounts in the future.

So far, I love my membership. The special offers and price protection is excellent!

The membership came in handy when I needed it for some items that I purchased some electrictronics. I've always been the one who did not think that memberships were necessary but best buy changed my mind.Thank you best buy

Love the extended return policy and if the item you purchase drops in price during the next 60 days from when you made the purchase, Best Buy will refund you the difference. Amazing Plus express shipping for online orders. Great Value
