Best buyed thing i ever done love saving and buy all my tech stuff at best but yes this is a real commet :3

I was a previous member of the much pricier tier during the pandemic but it just wasn't worth it for my use case so I cancelled. When Best Buy established tiers based on need/use, the lower tier made sense as you received an extended return window (60 days vs 15) and access to the Plus deals that do pop up so I would say this tier is definitely worth it and I will most likely renew.

If you need hands on tech support all the time, this is probably a good service/membership. I was hoping there would be more relevant member-exclusive items available. Most of the member exclusive items or pricing are for "random" things that aren't very desirable. This does not appear to offer any tangible benefit or priority for hard to get items, or items that sell out quickly. Would be nice if the membership service was a way to differentiate a real account/user from the army of bots- but I understand that is a complex issue/situation.

I don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago,the perks are really worth it,free shipping on most items,it is a real game changer.

There more reason to have a membership because there good Deals on table , an an excellent opportunity for holidays where you can also make a purchase to pay on an monthly basic . Membership bring good store credit , an loyalty to merchant.

I guess this isn't going to be quite as relevant considering Best Buy is frustratingly going to stop selling physical media, however the $7.00 savings I have actually matched the price of the movie on Amazon - and that's honestly one of the biggest issues I have with this membership. Earlier this year, Best Buy increased the price of their 4K releases and Steelbooks by a minimum of $5.00, sometimes more, thinking people would just buy it there anyway instead of using Amazon to get it for the old price. If I'm paying an annual membership price and being offered special pricing, I would expect common items like movies to already be price-matched and not have to force me to get a hold of customer service for a refund. I think the Switch game deal looks pretty good, but I do not have a reason to use it. I don't care for the Nintendo Switch as it wasn't even a modern console when it came out, let alone in 2023. It's also nice having a 60-day return window, which is probably the only thing of value that I may have a use. I just haven't had a need for it. Maybe offering like a 10-15% discount on warranties may offer better value for me, as right now there has not been any tangible benefit that I have received/used that would really make me want to purchase this again next year. If you raise the price like you mistakenly did on movies, I'm definitely not going to buy it again.
