    I am pleased with the performance of this product. It is a great addition to my home. I purchased this item to help clean the air in a bedroom, but to my surprise it practically cleans the air in my whole house. The peace of mind that it is covered by the Geek squad, is a plus.

    Being able to have a 60 day return window is such a good thing to offer customers who are members. Special deals and offers are plentiful throughout the year. No regrets picking up the annual membership.

    Its an excellent buy for most people who remain Loyal to Best Buy and their sales. Consider upgrading to Total as well with any purchases made over 1k dollars as I did the same. You have the option to extend coverage and get early jumps on sales which come in handy especially during the holiday season. Convenience is key.

    I feel this should be at a lower price. I had serious issues with long delivery and the rules were not explained to me the return policy (14 days) but with this membership I could come in side the store on my day off from work and take care of business (day 15, 16, 17 or 18 days later) This was a big game changer.

    I joined this program when I made a rather large purchase for a TV and sound system. A short while later four of the products I purchased went on sale. Went to Best Buy and they cheerfully credited me the difference because of the club membership resulting in a return of the membership cost by a factor of 20 times. Obviously, I am very pleased with my decision to join.

    This is a great membership. The free two-day shipping with no minimum is one of the best benefits, it makes online shopping so convenient. The extended 60-day return window gives me peace of mind knowing I have plenty of time to decide on purchases. I also enjoy the member-only pricing and early access to deals and events, which often save me money during big sales. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the membership and would highly recommend it to frequent shoppers.

    The My Best Buy Plus membership has been completely worth it. The member pricing alone has already saved me money, and having access to fast shipping and exclusive deals is a huge bonus. The added protection and support from Geek Squad gives me peace of mind whenever I’m buying electronics for my home and family.     The Best Buy in Waco did a good job. I hate the tv I bought. The color is terrible. I have tried to adjust it every way possible but it still looks bad. The picture in the store was beautiful but not at my house. Very dissatisfied with my choice.

    My biggest gripe with Best Buy is that the customer can’t call the store or the sales person. This makes often very essential direct communications impossible, unless the sales person shares personal mobile #.

    Under the Best Buy Membership program I recently bought a new 75” Samsung TV, with same brand Sound Bar system and a new TV Stand to hold it and was convinced by the Best Buy staff to sign up for the Best Buy Membership program. Honestly, I’ve been really happy with the Best Buy Membership program. It’s easy to understand and as everything was broken down to me by the sales rep. The free 2-day shipping and 60-day return window alone have saved me stress and money on the items I purchased and an option to get Geek Squad support is a huge plus. I’ve already used the tech help a couple of times and they solved my issues super fast—no extra charge. Definitely feels like good value if you shop at Best Buy a few times a year or want peace of mind with expensive electronics. The exclusive member deals and early sale access are nice bonuses too. I can view access everything on the Best Buy App as a Plus Member.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with genuine warmth and enthusiasm by a team member who clearly cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. I had a tricky issue with a laptop purchase—something about software compatibility—and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The associate, let’s call them Alex (I wish I’d caught their real name!), listened patiently as I explained my situation, asked smart questions to clarify my needs, and then walked me through several options with impressive knowledge and zero pressure. When we hit a snag with an out-of-stock item, Alex didn’t hesitate to check their system, call another location, and arrange a seamless transfer—all while keeping me updated with a smile. It felt like they were as invested in solving my problem as I was! What really stood out was the follow-up. After I got home with my shiny new laptop, I received a courtesy call to ensure everything was working perfectly and to see if I had any more questions. That personal touch turned a great experience into an exceptional one. Best Buy’s team made me feel valued, not just as a customer, but as a person. If this is the standard they set, I’ll be a loyal shopper for life. Five stars, hands down

    So far so good. I purchased a PC & Monitor and the savings was greater than the membership. I guess the idea is to keep me buying my computers at Best Buy every year, but if the service stays good - I'm happy to comply. Stay competitive, guys. (and try to upsell me on that pizza oven next time. I was really close to buying it anyway :-0 )

    Jaden once again saved the day. He found the problem within minutes of arrival and plugged in the cords that had been accidentally disconnected by my cleaning lady. Now, my initial call to Best Buy was not handled correctly. The person took all my information but never told me to expect an email from Best Buy with a link that I had to use to pay for the service. Consequently, I received emails from BB stating my appointment would be cancelled due to failure to pay. I called best buy again and the agent got everything fixed correctly, and asked me to stay on the phone until I'd received the correct email and go it all paid for. Thanks to him, everything got fixed. The Chat Bot on the Best Buy web site is awful. It doesn't understand anything you are trying to tell them and eventually they just transfer you to a person. Very frustrating dealing with their website!!!
