I am loving my best buy membership! The perks are insane! I couldn’t imagine a better deal to get!

The quality is exactly what I expected. It works perfectly, was easy to set up, and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this product. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought this membership a few years ago being very skeptical of its value. Still not completely convinced that it is great, however, it did save me from ending up with a product I didn't like. You have an extended time to return products with this membership. I picked up an item, hated it, set it aside and almost forgot about it. Realized about a month later I needed to take it back. Without this membership I would have had to sell it on the second hand market.

Great membership! The perks and savings are definitely worth it. Shopping is easier, the benefits are useful, and the overall experience has been fantastic. Highly recommend My Best Buy Plus!

I’m really glad I signed up for Best Buy Plus. It’s honestly been worth it for me. The free 2-day shipping is super convenient, and I like not having to worry about extra shipping costs. The extended return window gives me peace of mind too, especially when I’m buying bigger items like TVs or electronics. I’ve also saved money with the member-only deals and discounts — it feels like the membership pays for itself if you shop there even a couple times a year. I bought the memebership shortly before Tax Free Weekend in MA (2025). The computer tower that I bought has gone on sale since then. I was reimbursed $50 via the Price Match Guarantee so the membership has paid for itself. I received two $25 gift certificates a few weeks after the purchase based upon the purchase price ($25 for every $250 spent). Unfortunately, the gift certificates expire after one month. I don't really need anything from Best Buy, but I'm forced to make a purchase or they go to waste. The membership is probably worth it if you make frequent purchases. If you only shop there a few times a year the membership is probably not for you.

The member prices make this an easy choice for large purchases. I’ve seen several examples where you would still save over $100 after subtracting the cost of the membership from the deal amount.

My wife and I purchased this plan and then upgraded it a week later. It includes extended warranty on all products and the rewards have already outweighed the cost.

Excellent product and perfroms as advertised. While we had to wait an additional week to receive the tv (we were told initially it was in stock) the tv arrived and we had no issues.

I was under the impression from the sales person that this was given as a free promotion to receive a sale price on an item that was being purchased and cancel before I get charged the membership price. Why did I look at my receipt and noticed that I actually paid for that membership! I was livid, I called the customer service line and they was a big help but guess what? I'm stuck with this, just like some people who review this have stated, it's only a benefit if you are a frequent shopper of Best Buy. I am not sure if your employees benefit from this but fooling people into it is not a form of customer service.
