Good experience but I thought the up charges for TV installation and removal were both excessive and overreach based upon my dealing with other vendors.

This membership was wonderful because of the many purchases we needed to make this year. I wouldn’t recommend unless you know you'll be making several purchases with Best Buy, but for regular and returning customers, it’s worth it!

In my case there was no real value. I wanted my new 75” Samsung delivered on time and set up with sound bar. It got delivered and hung on the wall. That was it. No walkthru, nothing. It seemed like they were just going thru the motions. They did take their trash with them. They were on time, but that was about it. It’s coming up on 9 months and I have not needed to use this resource even once. So for me, this was a “frustrating waste of time and money.

I didn't expect much, as we don't buy much from Best Buy. But then we bought a new dishwasher, which did not perform as expected. Because I made several calls to LG (the manufacturer) we did not get a resolution until after the normal return period. One of the benefits of membership is an extended return period; again, I didn't expect much. We were surprised by how effortless it was to exchange the LG for a different dishwasher. No arguments, no hassle, just a quick delivery and installation of a new machine.

Purchased my system Oct. This program extends return window to 60 days. The price dropped acct. Black friday I was able get $200 back price match.

Saved some money on my phone by joining but probably wont need any other electronics for a fewcyears.

Recommended if you bought something expensive bc it extends the refund and return, from 15 days to 60 days

It’s a great membership if you’re regularly in the market for electronics. It’s worth it and will pay for itself in a year.

I would recommend it just for the fact that it gives you 60 days to return in case anything happens with any product. It comes with other features that are worth it for sure.
