Right price... Protect my purchase .. save headaches in the future

My Best Buy Plus is worth it for people who frequently buy tech products. I liked the extra benefits, especially the exclusive deals and additional support. The signup process was simple, and the overall experience has been good. For regular Best Buy customers, it can provide nice savings over time.

Best thing ever. I’ve shopped a lot at Best Buy and the member ship is by far one of the best perks. You get price discounts on everyday products, better deals on appliances. Only for a low monthly membership fee best thing ever. I do not regret getting it

I sound up to this for the first time… My understanding is that it will allow you to do price matching with other companies if they have the identical product… Looking forward to saving some money in the future

I think it’s worth having for people who order frequently online. You get free 2 day shipping which is always helpful and there are rewards for your purchases.

It was a good membership to purchase initally, because it basically paid for itself with the introductory award certificate I received. I've made two major purchases in the the first 2 months, so time till tell. My only reason for a 4 stars is that is really hard to reach anyone via phone support, some have been good and others not so good. My first presale support was great, then the next several times I had long hold times and had difficutly understanding the representatives. You cannot reach anyone at your local stores anymore. We'll see how this year goes with Best Buy support if I will continues. I dislike that fact that I am unable to reach the people at the store I worked with on my purchases by phone. I have to keep going back to the store to resolve questions I have in regard to my most recent purchases.

Definitely a great way to earn rewards points. I got $45 back from a big purchase.

It’s very easy to use! I quickly found how to control it and the settings were very satisfactory. The result of the clothes after they’ve been dried was good, and the workers had no struggle with setting it up.

If you got plenty of items you plan on scoring for the year, then its' a great purchase. Lots of benefits and surprise deals/offers. The ability to price match after 60 days is the win on more expensive items. It will pay for itself. The only negative (and probably have to wait for a class action to make it right), There was one offer, (I still have all the chat scripts and records for) that Best Buy didn't honor. After many supposedly successful and all failed attempts from staff to resolve my problem on a 50 BB certifice for purchasing 150 worth of select games on a Besbt Buy Plus member offer. This was sent up to the credit dept who claimed I have to separate member profiles... In the end still no fix from best buy...just a loop through chat memebrs and the others...wheres my certificate still BB?

We were shopping for a washer/dryer combo and the sales guy told us about the Best Buy plus membership. For $49.99 for saved over $200.00 on the set. On top of that, you get all the other great benefits, free two day shipping, exclusive deals, 60 day returns and others. It is definitely worth the money and then some. We will be renewing this for sure.

Bought a 3d printer that had issues out of the box. I tried to work with it but there was something going on with the hardware. I took it back and bestbuy gave me credit that I then put towards a better printer. As long as it's within 60 days you can do that. Highly recommended!

I did not know this membership option was available until I made a purchase. The sales rep. knew I had trouble deciding on what brand to buy and reassured me I could swap it out if not happy with my choice. And I had a year to be reimbursed if my purchase dropped in price one or more times. Nice cushion when making a decision.

I am enjoying my new refrigerator. I wanted the middle drawer to be an extra freezer storage but even though the drawer said it was 29 degrees, my popsicles melted. With that said, I can still use it for small snacks and canned drinks.

I have already had to use my plan, even though my appliance is only two months old. (Something was done wrong during the installation.) The plan has already paid for itself.

Sorry can’t really review spending money as it’s always easy to accomplish,l simply gave my ok and it was accomplished by adding the cost to my purchase…no benefit as yet to discuss or review! I did have a very knowledgeable salesman who seemed to know all things electronic or in appliances small and large! Can’t answer if l would recommend membership to anyone as l haven’t used it to any advantage as yet…so I’m done here!
