When purchasing my laptop, I added the Best Buy Plus membership. The perks that come with the membership will pay make it pay for itself. I also got a discount on the NFL Sunday Ticket YouTube subscription.

I was charged twice for the same oven. And then it took me between six and eight hours speaking to five different people trying to get it straightened out. I thought it was all cleared up. They said I had to wait 7 to 10 days to get a credit. I waited 7 to 10 days and called the credit card. There was no credit. This credit card has a 30% interest rate on it so when you’re being charged $6000 rather than $3900 it makes a big difference. I’ve now spent another several hours with the credit card and with Best Buy. Hopefully it’s straightened out. I will know in another 7 to 10 days. Also, Best Buy will not meet ad prices from other companies. I was told they would. Having to deal with Pacific sales, Best Buy, and Best Buy credit card is a real headache. I don’t even have the oven yet so I can’t review the oven just the horrendous Best Buy plus.

Happy shopping as a Rewards member but disappointed to find that once a Rewards member, the percentage changes with subsequent purchases .

We appreciate our Best Buy membership that has allowed us to save on purchase prices as well as financing. Our appliances were delivered within a timeframe that worked with our schedule, installed by competent service techs, and are an awesome addition to our upgraded kitchen.

It is actually a solid membership you get strong discounts and a good reward system as well if you have a tech and appliance focused lifestyle you’ll see immediate benefits.

It was a good deal I was buying a phone and got a discount and for $50 a year Ill have extra discounts on many items in the store, longer return policy and free shipping. Just don't like the automatic renewal every year and that it cant be turned off till the month before the renewal period ends. I would prefer to just renew when I want.

We are first time Best Buy Plus members and already like the benefits. Our new Samsung refrigerator arrived on time and was installed quickly. It is all that we expected, and we like all the new features. Our salesperson was helpful in picking it out and explaining all the features.

I honestly think the service is a bit more expensive than the benefit it provides. It would also be very nice if consumers didn't have to pay to have a good return window. Also, I haven't gotten a meaningful benefit from the service, as the open box item I set up the membership for was in bad condition, so it was essentially a waste.
