I bought the membership with Microsoft 365 and I’ve saved a bunch of money so far! So worth it!

It is a benefit membership. I like it because I get cheaper stuff, better return window and sales.

This was the most horrible experience I’ve had in years. I got a membership (and a Best Buy credit card) to get a discount on a Dacor refrigerator. While the discount was substantial, the refrigerator was never delivered. Three days before the scheduled delivery date, Best Buy called and told me the delivery window would be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. that day, but most likely in the morning. They also said I would receive an email from the delivery crew with more details one day before the delivery. One day before the delivery, I kept checking my email, but nothing came. Then, on the actual delivery day, I discovered an email that had been sent two days earlier. It said I had a scheduled delivery appointment — but also said the appointment was not scheduled and that I needed to schedule it. Yes, two completely contradictory statements in the same email! The email included a link to schedule the appointment. I clicked it and found the earliest available date was three weeks out. No mention of a canceled delivery — nothing. I went to Best Buy, and the associates politely explained that this is a custom-built refrigerator and Dacor had not yet manufactured it. I was told I had to reschedule the delivery in three weeks. Fine — I did that and waited again. About a week before the new delivery date, I got a call saying they could deliver it four days earlier. Unfortunately, I was out of town and asked to keep the original appointment. Three days before the appointment, I got another call from Best Buy confirming the same 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. window, most likely in the morning, and that I’d get another email from the delivery crew one day prior. This time, the email did arrive — but it was the same confusing message as before: it confirmed the appointment and simultaneously said the appointment wasn’t scheduled and needed to be scheduled. The link in the email once again only allowed me to reschedule the delivery for three weeks later. I drove to Best Buy again. They told me, once more, that the refrigerator hadn’t been made by Dacor, and there was nothing Best Buy could do. While I was still driving, I received another email stating that the refrigerator was out of stock and would not be delivered that day. At that point, I canceled the order, canceled the membership, and I won’t be returning to Best Buy for a very long time — if ever. I have to say, that we needed the new refrigerator because the old one died, so all that time we had to live without a refirerator.

I became a member because I love technology and most of all the sales I can get online See if I can get the Vision Pro on sale

Like this membership. There are items I purchased at a reduced and more affordable price because of savings AND certificates earned from other purchases. Worth it. Not always something that you need, but often enough to be beneficial.

It's great if you purchase a lot of electronics like I do. You can usually get many of the same products for the same price at other places, but you can't goof around with it first if you are shopping at just an online retailer. I am a very hands on experience what I can first kind of guy.

Well first off this membership saves you more than what you pay for, even though when I purchased the membership it was along with item that were returned because of there being on use for them I still went ahead and kept the membership to see what it was all about, I really am enjoying my plus membership and recommend anyone like to shop in store or online, you have a great selection of options

Saved money on my purchase. Item I purchased went on sale within 60 days and I was able to get a rebate.

The membership is a real value I enjoyed the peace of mind specially at the time of Black Friday. I am shopping like a king !!!

Got this for peace of mind. It's worth it for member only prices, setting up notifications of price drops on your saved items, and the extended 60 day return window. Gives you 60 days to get a better price of the item you purchased is cheaper than when you bought it.

They got me a bumch of money back in rebates after my recent purchase.
