I purchased a Samsung monitor that I use as a television. I was a little unsure that this would work but, it has been great. The Geek Squad set it up and explained how to use it. Everything went smoothly and your tech department was very helpful when I called with any questions.

Tom, the service tech, called me the nite before he was due to come out to my house to solve my hearing aid/bluetooth link up with my new Samsung TV. He asked me all about my hearing aids, my hearing aid app & anything else I could help him with connecting my hearing aids (bluetooth) with my TV. He was unfamiliar with my delema & wanted to learn as much as possible. He arrived on time, was already familiar with my brand & type of hearing aids & jumped into resolving my issue. Within 10 minutes he had solved my connection issue & bluetooth connected perfectly with my new Samsung TV.

We really make the most of our membership. We find good value in it and enhances our shipping experience with Best Buy.

I love the 60 day return policy. Its hassle free if the item you buy goes on sale in that 60 day period. I already recovered close to $100 from a back to school sale that happened after my purchase.

Membership is absolutely worth it in my opinion for the extended return period of 60 days from date of purchase. I had gone through a plethora of gaming laptops before ultimately sticking with the one I have now. And it was all possible due to the membership return policy.

It’s a great value when you stop and consider the benefits. Included AppleCare and protection is a strong benefit that would otherwise have a high price tag. I have found myself buying specifically at Best Buy more because of this feature and the extended return timeframe.

This has been a great plan for me. Well worth the investment.

This membership comes with great benefits especially extending your returns to 60 days. Which is a plus for me as most things goes bad within the first 2 months.

I got the membership because I made a large purchase prior to Black Friday and was concerned about the price reduction. the computer did in fact drop significantly in price and because of my BB+ membership, I was able to get a credit for the different.

This is great for any Best Buy regular purchaser (online or in-store)

I only gave you 3 stars because I was conned into over paying for the tredmill by 75 dollars. The tredmill that I bought was listed for 350 dollars and I was conned into paying 425 dollars by a person that did not speak good the language. This was a rip off. I would like to get some money back!

Great membership. It allows me to get great prices all year round with some been member exclusive.

It has been great having the Best Buy Plus Membership. We love that we don’t have to pay delivery. Also some items have a membership discount. Employees notice us when we pay that we have a membership and give us tips on purchasing. Thank you for helping us.
