I waited to purchase this level of membership for a while since I used Best Buy for all my tech but I did not get new things very often. I’m my current situation, I decided it was worth it simply for the 2 years of protection on the vast amounts of tech I’ve purchased in the last 10 or so months. I don’t have to worry about anything now and will always have support.

The staff member that dealt with was very thorough to make sure that I understood my options with my home computer. He gave me several options and I was satisfied with the outcome. Earlier I purchased a new desk computer and recently I purchased a new computer. Best Buy is going to transfer my memory to my new computer. Thank goodness that Best Buy is near my home. I decided to have a membership in Best Buy because I’m a college student and I think Best Buy has some great offers so I decided to invest on the membership because it gives me a lot of alert of when prices go down. There’s some other discounts and if you have. The membership it easier to get your stuff faster.

The 60 day return policy is one of the best features in all of retail. I absolutely love being able to test out a product and bringing it back.

Good Afternoon, I’m reaching out in hopes of a resolution. I went into Best Buy here in Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 store #509. I went to make a transaction for an item that was above a tag priced at $129.99. The product was Beats Pro 2. When the cashier completed the transaction she said the item was $249.99. I immediately questioned the PRICE. I spoke w/ a manager he gave me an unexpected explanation regarding the price. As a consumer & a Best Buy cardholder who’ve made big purchases and currently have a ZERO balance w/ Best Buy. It’s NOT my problem that the tag should have been REMOVED. I selected that product based off the tag. I feel it should have been an Employee training moment and me as the consumer with a EXCELLENT payment HISTORY, should have been HONORED that displayed tag price for the $129.99. I’ve went through ALL the proper chains of command. And the issue is still NOT RESOLVED. If someone with decision making abilities can respond to this email w/ a resolution I would appreciate that in a timely manner. See attached photo of item & price displayed. I’m almost 100% certain that the tag is no longer DISPLAYED and was REMOVED soon as I departed the store. Please again RESPOND in a timely manner. Thank you in advance regarding this issue.

This membership saved me a lot of money on the washing machine that I needed to purchase. It was definitely worth it to become a member in order to get the savings on my new washing machine. Plus after purchasing the washer, I got $100 back to use at Best Buy on Christmas gifts.

Membership got me free delivery on a new TV and added peace of mind for any tech issues with said TV. However-- for an annual membership price I would expect a year of membership. When I called in to cancel it so it wouldn't renew 10 months from now (once I've forgotten it), I was told the membership (and related perks) would be canceled immediately. I had the membership fee waived as part of some campaign, so it's no skin off my back, but if I had paid the sticker price I would be much more annoyed. Cancellation process needs improvement. Not sure I'll purchase again. 4 stars
