Best Buy Plus Membership is worth it!!

Refrigerator - care of employees at store

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would like to recommend all the employees I dealt with at Best Buy’s store especially Mike Sellers & Gio they went out of their way to make sure everything was handled properly and in a timely matter. There was a delivery/installation issue that they both took the time to resolve asap and Mike also made sure that my counter depth refrigerator fit in the space and got back to me right away without question, via calls and text. If Best Buy’s keeps employees like these their business will always do well. I will recommend this store every time.

The fact that you have 60 days to return, something is phenomenal. It gives you enough chance to actually see if you like the item and if you don’t like it, you can return it, but you have enough time to find out. To return window to and price matching ability is also a big bonus! 60 days and the item goes on sale you get the difference wonderful! Geek squad attention if needed is an absolute bonus too!

I have not seen any benefits from this as of yet (Months after 'Purchase') the only benefit is not having to pay interest for several months allowing me to save money and not pay any interest at all.

Worth it for peace of mind and savings

This membership actually saves money, and the extended protection and support make a huge difference. It's reassuring to know help is available when something goes wrong; instead of dealing with extra costs later, i got this when i purchased my laptop

I was informed when I purchased this I would receive $100 into the account I used to purchase it. Instead I received $100 in gift certificates and only after I called several times. Deceiving in attempt to get you to purchase this.

Awful Shameful Service

I was promised delivery before Thanksgiving. Then reordered promising Id have it before Christmas. Then finally promised it by today, January 5. it was to be here between 10am-1pm. not a courtesy call, text or email. no on showed up or called AGAIN! I made several phone calls and was told it would be here by 7pm or someone would call to reschedule. Again not a word. I am still waiting to hear what happened. Why for the third time do I still have no oven? I am so upset. I wasted a day waiting on something that was never coming. I had to pay someone to babysit my two grandchildren because your people said no children in the way. This is the absolute worst customwr service I have ever delt with. Shame on Best Buy. Not one person followed through this sale. Take my monwy and then treat ua like this! Shame on Best Buy. Now what am I suppose to do? I should not have to go through all the mess to talk with someone to find out what happened to my over. someone shpuld be calling mw to explain what ia going wrong. Shae on hou Best Buy. I will surely be letting everyone I know how badly this was handled. I sot here tonight AGAIN with no oven, no explanation as to why and not one person from Best Buy can tell me when will I get my oven? Shame on you! This will definitely be the last time me or any of my family purchase something from Best Buy. Where is my oven and what do I have to do to get it? Please at least explain to me what is going on. again Best Buy should be a shamed. Best Buy is not customer friendly at al!

Terrific TV

Other than having to do 2 factory resets (which restored performance perfectly) this is by far the best I've ever had. The color, contrast and resolution are everything the other reviewers (and manufacturer) reported. I can't speak to the sound quality as I purchased a lower level Samsung sound bar to go with it. I did have an auxiliary amp setup with my previous TV but this is the first I've had the benefit of a subwoofer which provides a theater-like experience. So glad I got this package!
