    I bought my stove and microwave at Best Buy not because of the price but because because of the employers that worked, there are so wonderful easy to talk to and give you ideas if you need any and that’s why I became also a member cause I like their product and I like the people the store everything about it I don’t need to recommend anybody to go to Best, because people know Best Buy already is well known and well respected by what I will recommend is that you keep on getting your needs your goods at Best Buy you don’t need to look any other place else

    Geek Squad Representative was awesome, he knew I was only working with $500 and I just lost my job was trying to get some for my granddaughter for x-mas. Applied for ZIP but we were having a lot of issues with the systems. So, I called ZIP the representative said please try again 24-48 hours the account was locked. The Representative was Awesome I wish we had more people and workers like him.

    This membership is a good value. My only negative is that it came with a $50 promotion certificate that was emailed to me. Unfortunately, it went into my junk email box and I didn't see it until after it expired. I stopped into the store and was told to call customer service and they would reissue the certificate. When I called the phone number they gave me, I was told they wouldn't reissue it so now I'm out the $50. I wish they would have just given a gift card at the time of purchase instead of emailing it a week later.

    NA Still not sure how that membership works. Employees there tooo busy talking with each other n No Help. Management needs to see how many people are in a group just talking!!!!!!

    First few purchases with our new membership

    This membership got us some bonus rewards on the first purchase. I especially like being able to get the rewards on items at my local outlet store. First was a great deal on a Lenovo laptop and a monitor. Unfortunately, some cables were missing from the monitor box even though it was supposedly in excellent condition. No problem, when we took it back a few days later only to find a recent arrival of a bigger and better Nvidia monitor. Customer service was excellent. They exchanged it with no problem. Happy ever sense with both items. Recently I bought a couple Braun shave heads. Price was competitive with other retailers and I could use my reward points with free shipping. The good news was they were OEM. Expecting them to be P&G made in the US for Braun, imagine my surprise when they arrived a couple days later and the package said made in Germany. The real deal at a great price. We look forward to more great deals and rewards as well as free shipping. Thanks Best Buy!

    signed up for My Best Buy Plus a few months ago and it’s been worth it for me. The free shipping is quick, the member pricing actually saves me money, and the protection perks give some peace of mind when I buy electronics. I shop here often enough that the membership pays for itself. No issues so far and the benefits stay consistent

    I was very undecided to be able to acquire since I am one of those who think about saving in everything that can be, but what a benefit would I bring a membership here if I was just going to buy a television and I did not know until when I would buy technology again, so I thought about what I want it, but I will use it, but after receiving all the information about the benefits, even if I am not going to use the membership for a while, it returns more than what is invested in it in just one purchase, so I was convinced that I am... Take membership.

    Don’t really understand exactly how this works. I don’t shop Best Buy very often as it’s not close to my residence. However they do a lot of in store stock which has been great. So I can leave with what I came to purchase.

    #1 You are so fortunate to have a salesperson like ALEX. He will take his time and explain the differences between the TV's. Never to rush you and will always make you feel comfortable. #2 After your purchase you need to make a schedule. Loyd does a great job in trying to schedule a delivery or service around your time. Not always easy but he always seems to manage it. #3 Jeff maybe the last person you may have to deal with. I am almost 96 years of age and let's face it it's like learning all over again. Jeff is like a teacher. He is very patient and will explain every detail. When he is through, he will always leave you feeling comfortable. Because every set up maybe different and could be confusing to you he will offer his cell phone number and say phone me any time and I'm sure we can work your way through the set up. that is special! #4 Just a great team to work with. I started years ago with MAGNOLIA TV and now I'm with BEST BUY. I am a very happy BEST BUY CUSTOMER.

    Human factor is still essential in store loyalty

    One of the main reasons for the five stars is Bryan, a helpful and very good-natured floor rep at the Dedham branch in Massachusetts. When we come in knowing the category of product we need, but not knowing a brand or model, we can rely on him to guide us to products that have proven effective and durable for us at a much higher rate than earlier before we found him. Then he spends time helping us get the best prices on them that Best Buy can offer, sometimes a complex process. Overall the human factor like this is still crucially important in making us regular customers at a store. There are so many products sold by Best Buy in each product category, and often the particular models recommended by supposedly "objective" consumer rating services like CR and the New York Times' Wirecutter are not among them, that a good in store guide who is honest is essential to guide lay people towards purchasing an item that will be satisfactory, and avoiding high markup "duds". The payoff to the store is possibly accepting the tradeoff of lower markups on immediate sales, but gaining much stronger customer loyalty, and thereby higher returns in the medium and long term through a significantly higher aggregate gross sales amount over the years. Bryan serves Best Buy well in this respect and we greatly appreciate his services, making the Dedham store the first place we go to whenever we need an appliance or office equipment.

    The membership is a real value. I bought a Sonos sound bar last month, but two weeks later I find there’s a $200 discount. I went to the store and let the sals person know, they refunded the difference to me without any hesitation.

    Choosing to get them, my Best Buy membership was a great decision because I had to return a computer after the 30 days in order to get a different computer that ended up being half the price! Only because I had them my Best Buy was I able to do this! Definitely worth it I give it more than five stars if I could!
