The My Best Buy Plus membership has been completely worth it for me. I recently bought a Lenovo Legion laptop, and the member discounts and extended return window gave me a lot of peace of mind. This membership is a great assess. You are able to get a longer time to bring the item back if it is not properly working I think it’s a good thing to have. Best alway good to shop at have good products and prices and specials

I typically do not go for add-ons, but with the computer I was purchasing, it made sense. I did have to swap out the computer within 60 days, not due to hardware issue, the graphics card did not have enough memory for the photo apps I was running. BB took the original unit back and I got the new PC within a week. I worked with the Geeks and they were extremely helpful getting licensing changed over to the new unit.

Its worth the price for bestbuy plus membership if you shop regularly from bestbuy and they do price match with major sellers includingAmazon. I get better prices on items and also recieve members only deals monthly.

Under the Best Buy Membership program I recently bought a new 75” Samsung TV, with same brand Sound Bar system and a new TV Stand to hold it and was convinced by the Best Buy staff to sign up for the Best Buy Membership program. Honestly, I’ve been really happy with the Best Buy Membership program. It’s easy to understand and as everything was broken down to me by the sales rep. The free 2-day shipping and 60-day return window alone have saved me stress and money on the items I purchased and an option to get Geek Squad support is a huge plus. I’ve already used the tech help a couple of times and they solved my issues super fast—no extra charge. Definitely feels like good value if you shop at Best Buy a few times a year or want peace of mind with expensive electronics. The exclusive member deals and early sale access are nice bonuses too. I can view access everything on the Best Buy App as a Plus Member.
