I had the best time with MICHAEL. He was very informative, he didn't rush me and answered every question I had. It is because of him that I have no problem coming back! My husband came with me and MICHAEL was sure to make him informed as well. He was polite and made me feel like we were the only people in the store for the time we were there! Every time I enter my North Canton Store, I am alway greeted and assisted dueing my whole experience! Mikey in Home Theater was amazing in helping me pick a nice home entertainment system well within my budget with extra gadgets that up my purchase’s worth! Ive ner had a problem with it and am thankful for the staff at my Best Buy!

I have not been keeping up with these special membership offers. When I needed a new smartphone for one of the folks on my AT&T Family & Friends account, getting this membership reduced the cost of the phone a bit.

Fast, convenient, easy to use shopping and what I like most is that I received the goods very quickly with the correct information in the app.

This membership has great value and I would recommend to someone else to buy.

Excellent experience. Initially I was septical as price match will be honoured on some pretext or other. Best Buy was was extremly nice. I find Best Buy membership is very good & a good value of membership money.

If you are financially literate, this isn’t a bad deal. If you make a large enough purchase or purchase enough in the membership period, you will save money. Best Buy prices are on par with Amazon sometimes cheaper so I can’t complain. Don’t purchase if you don’t purchase enough to see positive savings simple as that.

I purchased this when they advertised b2g1 free Nintendo Switch games. They have since pulled the (switch)eroo on this and no longer offer it. Thankfully I preordered a bunch to take advantage of that deal so I got my 1 years subscriptions money worth. I don't see myself renewing this unless they bring back to B2G1 deal.

Membership is the best choice. I saved a lot money. And I feels truly protected.

So far, I have not availed myself of any advantages of this membership, since I purchased a whole house full of electronics at one time. That should change.

I was helped in finding a new gaming monitor and the associate that aided me went above and beyond to do so. I cannot recall her name but she has been there for years and has multicolored hair ! Got the membership as a perk with the purchase of the monitor due to a promotional deal.

I purchased my membership while getting a new washing machine, I used to be an elite member back when you had those and always found Best Buy to have the best products at competitive prices so it’s always been my go to and will continue that in the future. Thank you and have a great day
