I couldn’t be happier with my Best Buy membership! The exclusive discounts, free shipping, and extended return periods make it totally worth it. Customer service has been excellent, and early access to deals has saved me a lot of money. If you shop at Best Buy often, this membership pays for itself. Highly recommend!

Usually the best prices on most items like computers, TVs etc. Accessory items are overpriced - buy them elsewhere. I had bad experiences with GEEK squad ... bought an Acer 5050 laptop and it had networking problems. Geek squad couldn't fix it - said it was hardware fault. After LOTS of attempts to fix it, I gave up on the GEEKs ... removed WIN OS and installed Ubuntu myself. Problem solved. It wasn't hardware - it was some kind of software conflict in Acer net management and WIN that they could not resolve. I think they are OK for routine stuff, but they are not competent for complex problems.

Can’t complain because I got it essentially for free, since one of my purchases was $50 off with the membership, so the cost canceled out. The member deals have not impressed me but the extended return and price match period are great. It does suck that Best Buy decided to start charging for that when it was a free loyalty perk before though.

I haven’t used it yet however the deals are AMAZING! I get deal alerts in my email and through text so I don’t miss a thing!

Membership is fine, I like that I can get refunds if something I bought goes on sale within the timeframe

This membership is really good, especially if you spend more money on something. there are always some deals that i like and im saving a lot

I’ve been a Best Buy member for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best memberships I’ve signed up for. The benefits more than pay for themselves, especially if you shop for tech or appliances even just a few times a year.

It's a great program. The included installation is a no brainer. I love the extended time period allotted for returns/ price match with members only pricing.

This makes it do easy to manage our purchases and browslng.

I recently purchased an Apple phone from Best Buy and scheduled them to transfer all my information from my old phone over to the new one. It was done professionally and without a hitch. They are always there to help.

While this a great deal for the right person, that person is not me. I don't make use of the savings to validate the expense. We're I much younger, I'd be making full use of all the My Best Buy Plus membership offers

On December 2, 2024 I returned a Samsung Framed Television. It was an out of box purchase I made a few weeks prior. I had lost the receipt. The young man and Manager were wonderful. They helped me get the item out of my car. They gladly looked up my receipt on line and processed the return. I returned the TV at the Polaris location in Columbus Ohio. Exceptional Customer Service!

The entire experience was disappointing. I went in to see a product advertised at a certain price only to be told it was out of stock. I prefer to buy local rather than purchase anything on Amazon, but in the end it felt like a bait and switch.
