My experience at Best Buy was excellent! The store is well-organized, and they have everything—from home appliances to electronics—at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful and assist you in choosing the right product without any runaround. I highly recommend that anyone looking for appliances pays them a visit!

Was quite surprised to have gotten my phone protection for free with my membership- Yay! I had to be in and out of the store quickly. Got great help and left with a phone that was perfect for my needs. Really WAS a very positive Quick and Easy experience.

Very professional staff that provided all the answers to my questions so i could make the best choices based on my preference for the items i purchased and was very patient as I was making a rather significantly number of purchases together that were going to cost a larger than usual amount so I was being very thorough with my selections.

Best buy plus has truly saved me so many times. I’m a very indecisive person so sometimes i truly cannot make up my mind! Thankfully this plan helps with the 60 day return policy!

The service is there when you need it and there's no time lock as well. If you have high end electronics is good to have in the event something goes wrong!

They price matched a tv that I bought, had to go to the store to do it. Bought a new iPad and they switched over all my stuff from my old one and I was able to trade it in at a very fair price. I would recommend purchasing this product.

It was easy to sign up and seems as there was and will be great savings for my family. The assistance or should I say ongoing assistance I have received from samsung salesman Ray, geek squad coordinator Elvis and the installation setup team of David and Steve is just fantastic.

I would recommend because you got two months to return items if you decide to not like them in two months, which is enough time to decide if you’re gonna keep something or not

Bought a computer in April and the sales associate said that he could see us getting a $400 refund coming up. That we would get an email and then we just have to call the store. We never got an email but I did check and found the computer was on sale by $300. I just called the store and they issued me the refund. For the price of the membership and the refund it is something I would sign up for again. I just wish I would have gotten the email and that I could get a different payment method (best buy credit card). If I would have already paid off the card I'm not sure how they would have refunded the money because they do the credit the original payment used.

There's plenty of perks sought out for in a BestBuy membership including general discounts, oddly enough open box discounts which can be cool, free trials like Youtube Premium for those who haven't tried it, occasionally free gifts like Discord Nitro for new users with purchase, extended return times/warranties and free shipping is always nice. I honestly only joined the membership in hopes of getting a better placement in purchasing an NVIDIA 50 series graphics card on launch date or around that time: "Early access to hard-to-find products. As a Plus member, get a jump on high-demand products.". Alas, it did not help me here. Nonetheless, if you're a Tech Enthusiast or looking to supply your home with a nice variety of electronics or appliances, I would still recommend giving a shot at a BestBuy membership.

I've thought it was more like a "okay, you are a member" but end up being a great deal! Even after a great purchase a few weeks later the item got a big discount and in a very easy way I was able to get the price match !!! Saving $200!!! Amazing... big thanks to the sales in the shop that advise me it could be a good this!

The Best But Plus membership really helped me with my recent purchase of a Tv and a Vacuum cleaner. The 0% interest I got for the purchase from the membership was really great. I even took the Best Buy Gold Visa credit card, which gave me benefit from that also.

I like the membership and what it offers to the customers. Items I bought were good. I really like the way everyone works there. Billy the manager who ran the store that day is an awesome guy. I bought stuff from him and other associates of the Best buy 63125 south county, saint louis too everyone is great.

App control is great. Looks great. Works great. Shipping look a long time, but it was worth it to replace my LG.
