    I applied for this membership when I purchased an air fryer. Best Buy offered $40 off the fryer. I need to see member-only offers, and hopefully can take advantage of the membership. So far, so good.

    This is a nice membership with good deals if you are a light shopper OR an avid shopper! I am not much of an avid shopper. Lol, HOWEVER have found a few items, within the deals that are available being a member, that I love. Even for the light shopper, this membership has earned my $$ back!

    This is the basic free plan that I have. It works for a basic plan to buy things every now and then from Best Buy. I do see the maximum offers being a better value if you buy more than $500 worth of electronics a quarter from Best Buy. The discounts offered for Plus members are competitive with other offers available like on Target or through Amazon, but if buying a premium plan for $59.99 to save $250 on a home theater system and the accessories and speakers, totally worth it.

    I could change my computer that I purchased before and I didn't satisfied that much. Best buy member ship card save me a lot and I have no longer nervous for old computer noise/ Thanks for best buy workers to give chance me to buy this card.

    Horrible experience, we were lied all the time

    This was the most horrible experience I’ve had in years. I got a membership (and a Best Buy credit card) to get a discount on a Dacor refrigerator. While the discount was substantial, the refrigerator was never delivered. Three days before the scheduled delivery date, Best Buy called and told me the delivery window would be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. that day, but most likely in the morning. They also said I would receive an email from the delivery crew with more details one day before the delivery. One day before the delivery, I kept checking my email, but nothing came. Then, on the actual delivery day, I discovered an email that had been sent two days earlier. It said I had a scheduled delivery appointment — but also said the appointment was not scheduled and that I needed to schedule it. Yes, two completely contradictory statements in the same email! The email included a link to schedule the appointment. I clicked it and found the earliest available date was three weeks out. No mention of a canceled delivery — nothing. I went to Best Buy, and the associates politely explained that this is a custom-built refrigerator and Dacor had not yet manufactured it. I was told I had to reschedule the delivery in three weeks. Fine — I did that and waited again. About a week before the new delivery date, I got a call saying they could deliver it four days earlier. Unfortunately, I was out of town and asked to keep the original appointment. Three days before the appointment, I got another call from Best Buy confirming the same 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. window, most likely in the morning, and that I’d get another email from the delivery crew one day prior. This time, the email did arrive — but it was the same confusing message as before: it confirmed the appointment and simultaneously said the appointment wasn’t scheduled and needed to be scheduled. The link in the email once again only allowed me to reschedule the delivery for three weeks later. I drove to Best Buy again. They told me, once more, that the refrigerator hadn’t been made by Dacor, and there was nothing Best Buy could do. While I was still driving, I received another email stating that the refrigerator was out of stock and would not be delivered that day. At that point, I canceled the order, canceled the membership, and I won’t be returning to Best Buy for a very long time — if ever. I have to say, that we needed the new refrigerator because the old one died, so all that time we had to live without a refirerator.

    This membership was well worth it. I bought cameras for the house from someplace else, but I was able to pay a small amount of install charge, because of the membership, and the geek squad came out and installed my cameras with absolutely no problem.

    I don't really shop at Best Buy that often, but when for any electronics or appliances, they are my go-to. I don't really understand what the benefits are whenever I do go there. I think I do save money every time.

    This membership comes with great benefits especially extending your returns to 60 days. Which is a plus for me as most things goes bad within the first 2 months.

    I only gave you 3 stars because I was conned into over paying for the tredmill by 75 dollars. The tredmill that I bought was listed for 350 dollars and I was conned into paying 425 dollars by a person that did not speak good the language. This was a rip off. I would like to get some money back!

    Best Buy Plus is a great subscription! The delivery benefits, exclusive offers, and member perks make shopping much more convenient. It’s a worthwhile investment for frequent buyers like me.
