I knew nothing about this membership until I went to my local Best Buy to purchase a new laptop. I accepted the membership because of the benefit of getting a retroactive discount on purchases for items that went on sale at a later date. This saved me 50% on my purchase. That more than paid for the annual membership fee. I also have access to special member discounted pricing and deals throughout the year. Good value. Plus, I'm supported a LOCAL retailer who employs local residents. The sales staff was competent and knowledgeable. What a great experience.

I normally skip memberships but felt in this case that it would be beneficial.

I have enjoyed my new membership. It gives me that extra feeling of confidence if I need assistance with computer, etc or need to return an item which I haven't. Love my purchases. I love getting those early notifications on sale prices. That brought me to Best Buy for a special purchase! There's so much more I have to look forward to in the future with my membership! Good value for the benefits if you make regular purchases or at least one or two moderate to substantial purchases per year. Particularly good value when a reward or incentive is offered to join.

So glad I purchased one of Best Buys membersips. It saved me money immediately with my purchase of keyboard, & looking forward to saving a little more with any upcoming purchases. Every little bit of savings counts these days. The savings over this next year with membership & purchases will have more thsn paid for purchase of the membership!! Love this store, I just need lots more money to do more shopping to buy so many other things I want from there. Single income family, kiddo in college, so i have to resist buying EVERYTHING in there that i want!

Being a member is very important, I have access to good prices, help with the Geek Squad when I need technical support. I am happy with this membership.

i was very pleased with the expertise and help received from stuff on my purchase of a TV LG 65' z2 g4 and a sound bar. Victor help us made the decision on the product we also had best buy installed and we are very please with the result, the sound bar had a screen a little sticking up, we call and went to the store in Costa mesa and it was replaced and all is well.
