I’ve been using the Best Buy membership for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. There are three tiers to choose from: My Best Buy, My Best Buy Plus, and My Best Buy Total. My Best Buy is free and offers basic benefits like free standard shipping with no minimum purchase and the ability to track past purchases. It’s a good starting point if you shop at Best Buy occasionally. My Best Buy Plus costs $49.99 per year and adds perks like free two-day shipping and access to exclusive deals and sales. One of the standout features is the extended return window of 60 days for most products, which is a significant upgrade from the standard 15 days1. In summary, if you shop at Best Buy regularly and value extended return windows, exclusive deals, and tech support, the Plus or Total memberships could be worth the investment. For occasional shoppers, the free My Best Buy membership still offers useful perks without any cost.

This membership is really really valuable specially for me. Special deal and more warranty for membership that’s awesome.

Other than our initial purchase, we have had no other experience with Best Buy. The initial install and support of our 65 inch TV was questionable at best. Had to go back to the store to get some issues fixed. Sales people were good, but not so much the techs.

Was offered the membership since I was buying an iPad, the interesting part that was mentioned was that I could price challenge items after purchase. Sure enough when the iPad went on sale I was able to be partially refunded the difference.

Bought a TV and was told it had a stand as well as a mounting bar...well, no stand which is what I needed. Was finally able to learn from another store that universal stands were a thing so I went to Best Buy to purchase. Got no love for the mistake but I do have the TV set up and it works great...little thanks to Best Buy.

The membership has been great! Its gotten me some good deals. It saved me $300 on my pre built pc i purchased. I dont reccomend constantly paying month to month. I saved up and bought everything i needed from best buy in a single month so j could save lots of money and only have to spend the $50 for a singular time

This membership has paid for itself with just a few purchases. The "Plus" price is often not really much better than the sale price for the same item/s from other retailers, but every once in a while, a truly spectacular deal comes through. We purchased a new Samsung Induction Range for our kitchen, which is an appliance that tends to be rather expensive. The price on Best Buy Plus was less than 1/3 the full retail price and over $1500 less than the next closest sale price we could find from any other retailer. We don't know why the price was so insanely low. One might think it's a bad product that should be avoided when priced like that, but it has hundreds of excellent reviews (4.5 stars average) from many different users across multiple retailers and we have had a first class experience with it. We couldn't pass up such a "screaming" deal on something we've had our eye on for some time. We also bought a pair of Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers on a screaming deal. The sale price on the controllers was low enough to offset the cost of the membership while still be a little lower than the cost for the same items anywhere else. That made the Plus membership a pretty easy sell for us.

I purchased a number of items I needed for my home computing. I had been using am old Windows 10 laptop that just could not handle my needs. It was hanging up, running out of memory and was so slow it was frustrating to reboot every half hour. Purchasing a new Windows 11 Lenovo Laptop was a pleasure. My Sales Assistant was knowledgeable as well as attentive as she listened to my explanation of my needs. I have found my purchases to be exactly what I needed and enjoy the time I now spend on my laptop.
