Y experience with your delivery service Was unsatisfactory the people did not to listen to the customer the did not bring the refrigerator in and we had to order 3 different refrigerator and still the delivery person did want to bring the refrigerator in the house until we insisted one person told us that if the bring the refrigerator in that Best Buy will not take it back our experience was very unsatisfactory

To be honest with you I never knew that Best Buy had a membership and tell you the truth. It has been a great thing for us. We have already received a $50 gift certificate as well as I see the discount price just by us being a member so far there are no additional hidden fees or anything like that. You actually get what members should receive.

I bought my Best Buy Plus membership because of the incredible discount I received on my new LG OLED gaming monitor. I saved $700! PLUS, Best Buy gave me a free 4-month Apple+ streaming subscription, which I was on the verge of buying anyway. It's good for both new and previous subscribers. There are other perks as well, which you can view on their website. It's an excellent time of year (Christmas!) to buy this membership, what with all the amazing discounts on popular goodies. The membership doesn't give you really good deals, they basically subtract the money of the subscription and other 20 dollars and that's it, the deals are very random and useless. Good points for extending warranty from 15 to 60 days. Other than that is not very useful.

The membership has a lot of great value to it. I have not bought enough to really see all the benefits, but I was able to return something past the return date and for that it made the membership completely worth the cost.

I had great service up until I ordered a skylight and paid $70 for one day shipping and didn’t get it until a week later. Don’t know if I could get that cost for shipping back.

I purchased this when I bought my appliance package and I received enough back in certificates to purchase $585 worth of other items that I probably would have never spent the money on. One thing being the Ninja Slushy maker. I am very excited to try it!
