Membership prices are good Geeks Support gave me peace of mind

I have not actively used ,but I have seen many great deals and/or discounts on items.

It’s okay service not sure it’s one that I need Just another subscription I guess

I bought a new TV, but don't use the membership otherwise. The Geek team was unable to help me with the Samsung operation, but the Samsung staff was excellent.

This is a must have membership if you like tech and you constantly go to Best buy, not only does it provide a protection plan for your purchases but it gives you great discounts.

Feels like a strange thing to write a review for and I normally wouldn’t but this membership has actually paid off more than enough to justify the cost. It may not be for everybody, but between appliances, electronics, and gaming. We have saved a decent bit over the normal deals with the member pricing.

Plus has saved me over $300 on member exclusive prices, and extended my return policy to 60 days. I love how I can rely on Best Buy for the products I need vs struggling at other retailers. The two day free shipping comes in handy especially when you can get items shipped the very nice day at zero charge

Matthew helped me out of a tight spot. My laptop had died and needed to be repaired. I was leaving with my choir to Italy and used the laptop as the source of sheet music. Matthew sold me a wonderful Dell laptop that filled the gap. Because of the Best Buy Plus program I was able to return it. Thanks so much for your great help! The main thing is that you can get the member deals that pretty much pay for the membership itself after a month of owning it, and you get those deals for at least a year. It is similar to prime where prime members get “X” amount off, Its because of this that worth it in my opinion.

First TV in several years. I was in the market after my tv from 2014 finally stopped working. I had Best Buy deliver and install. Initially I thought I may be making a mistake going from a 50 inch to a 98 inch TV , but it is perfect. My wife even likes it !!! Great job on install and love the features and picture quality.

When I brought my laptop and my notebook better because it wouldn’t come on all, they told me the warranty was out. I don’t know what the warranty got to do with it not coming home. I was not satisfied at all.

I was buying a 1600 a week before Black Friday and I was worried that the price would go down and I would feel stupid for not waiting until black Friday to purchase. The salesperson pointed out if i get a best buy plus membership for 50 bucks I could get a low-price guarantee EVEN ON BLACK FRIDAY deals, and the return window went from 14 days to 60 days. I thought of this like a 50 dollar insurance policy on black friday deals + all the other benefits. totally worth it.

I go to best buy atleast one or twice a month, so being able to save money and get discounts on things that I’m wanting feels like another W!
