    This is my first time using this specific membership. Its been a year since I had it. So far, its been a satisfying experience. The perks such as the reward certificates that you get for BestBuy purchases provide an incentive to purchase other items in the store with significant discounts. This is just scratching the surface as far as what the membership provides. I have the BestBuy plus which has been good so far.

    Best Buy had great delivery. The dryer efficiently dries clothes making doing laundry a quick and easy task.

    This membership got us some bonus rewards on the first purchase. I especially like being able to get the rewards on items at my local outlet store. First was a great deal on a Lenovo laptop and a monitor. Unfortunately, some cables were missing from the monitor box even though it was supposedly in excellent condition. No problem, when we took it back a few days later only to find a recent arrival of a bigger and better Nvidia monitor. Customer service was excellent. They exchanged it with no problem. Happy ever sense with both items. Recently I bought a couple Braun shave heads. Price was competitive with other retailers and I could use my reward points with free shipping. The good news was they were OEM. Expecting them to be P&G made in the US for Braun, imagine my surprise when they arrived a couple days later and the package said made in Germany. The real deal at a great price. We look forward to more great deals and rewards as well as free shipping. Thanks Best Buy!

    I purchased the My Best Buy Plus membership and it has been well worth it. It gives access to exclusive deals that are not available to regular customers, along with more flexible return and exchange options. I was also able to make several small purchases using reward points earned from promotional items, which was a nice bonus. The membership itself is very affordable and provides a lot of convenient and flexible benefits. I absolutely recommend this subscription.

    #1 You are so fortunate to have a salesperson like ALEX. He will take his time and explain the differences between the TV's. Never to rush you and will always make you feel comfortable. #2 After your purchase you need to make a schedule. Loyd does a great job in trying to schedule a delivery or service around your time. Not always easy but he always seems to manage it. #3 Jeff maybe the last person you may have to deal with. I am almost 96 years of age and let's face it it's like learning all over again. Jeff is like a teacher. He is very patient and will explain every detail. When he is through, he will always leave you feeling comfortable. Because every set up maybe different and could be confusing to you he will offer his cell phone number and say phone me any time and I'm sure we can work your way through the set up. that is special! #4 Just a great team to work with. I started years ago with MAGNOLIA TV and now I'm with BEST BUY. I am a very happy BEST BUY CUSTOMER.

    This membership is a terrific value! We've used it for several purchases in the past but only recently did I learn how valuable it could be. I purchased a dishwasher that ended up being everything I didn't want in an appliance! I was thankful I had an option to trade it in within 60 days. Even though I chose to spend more for the 2nd dishwasher, I ended up with a great appliance. That would not have been possible without My Best Buy Plus.

    I purchased a new HP about a month ago. Adam in computers was our salesman. He was so very helpful and answered all our questions. I felt completely confident in the information he gave me. The only part that I regret is purchasing the WebRoot security. My computer did get hacked and it was a real mess. I have since deactivated WebRoot and went back to Avast. I believe your WebRoot cost 49.99. I woud be happiest if that would be refunded :)

    Good Afternoon, I’m reaching out in hopes of a resolution. I went into Best Buy here in Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 store #509. I went to make a transaction for an item that was above a tag priced at $129.99. The product was Beats Pro 2. When the cashier completed the transaction she said the item was $249.99. I immediately questioned the PRICE. I spoke w/ a manager he gave me an unexpected explanation regarding the price. As a consumer & a Best Buy cardholder who’ve made big purchases and currently have a ZERO balance w/ Best Buy. It’s NOT my problem that the tag should have been REMOVED. I selected that product based off the tag. I feel it should have been an Employee training moment and me as the consumer with a EXCELLENT payment HISTORY, should have been HONORED that displayed tag price for the $129.99. I’ve went through ALL the proper chains of command. And the issue is still NOT RESOLVED. If someone with decision making abilities can respond to this email w/ a resolution I would appreciate that in a timely manner. See attached photo of item & price displayed. I’m almost 100% certain that the tag is no longer DISPLAYED and was REMOVED soon as I departed the store. Please again RESPOND in a timely manner. Thank you in advance regarding this issue.

    I got this membership for the money back it offers from making a big purchase. The membership is good but I don't like that I have to pay tax separately and I don't like that I have to purchase something that is over the cost of the money back I have from the membership. What I mean by this is, I had $75 back from making a big purchase so I intended to use part of that on a ps5 game. Upon taking the $20 game to the register, I was told that I had to purchase something at least $25 because the $75 was split into 3 segments of $25 each so once I did that, I still had to pay tax separately. But overall despite that experience, I think the membership is a good idea if the customer is planning on going back continuously. My last opinion on the store is, a lot of the items are the exact same on Amazon but cheaper. This doesn't really have anything to do with the membership but it is prop important for y'all to know.
