Preferred the gamers club membership from years ago but this one gives deals on all kinds of items from Best Buy. So all in all a good membership to have if you shop at Best Buy.

The level of service from Best Buy is truly phenomenal. Sales personnel are knowledgeable and very courteous. Geek Squad is absolutely great whether it is in store or at my home. This is the way customer service should be. Truly grateful for the service I have received over the past 5 years. You are fantastic!

The extended return window with My Best Buy Plus is such a lifesaver! It gives me extra time to test out products and decide if they’re right for me without feeling rushed. Whether it’s a big purchase like a TV or just some accessories, the flexibility is worth every penny of the membership!

I love the Plus membership. The great thing is it gives you 60 days for returns on electronics which is unheard of. That way it gives you extra time to really check out your iPad or Apple Watch. You also get special prize in on some items when they are on sale the Plus membership pays for itself.

I think this membership is valuable if you use it regularly enough. It's good to have as I ascribe to the adage, it's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Great product to anyone interested in using Best Buy a lot.

I found that I received excellent once I joined at the total level. I saved at lot on my purchases and got a lot of help. The only improvement I strongly recommend is that there be a dedicated phone number, tied to the membership number ot Total members. This could allow for privileged access to support, store inventory, etc. Otherwise getting through to your stores to speak to someone is nearly impossible.

Definitely worth getting if you’re a home owner, there’s always things you’ll need from Bestbuy. The membership is $50 and you’ll save that in discounts pretty quickly making it worth it

Tv was delivered on time and Geek squad did a good job of hooking up my existence sound bar system with the new TV

Awesome customer service, always is with Best Buy. Very helpful when trying to understand what a membership entails versus a membership and credit card and what benefits come with it.

Glad I join the membership when I had to exchange my original item. And like it states within a couple weeks I was able to have a price match cuz the cost went down.
