Nice option with good benefits! I purchased a large tv and opted to get the membership.

We found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and professional answering our every question. Delivery and installation were scheduled and completed on time by two gentlemen of equal quality. They eplained every detail and meticulous in the process. We are very pleased with Best Buy as a result.

I am thankful for my membership in Best Buy. Anytime I have a need for electronic purchases I always visit Best Buy first. I needed a new PC and the selections and options presented was of value to me.

When this was first announced I didn't think much of it until I saw the switch game deal. As my kids love their switch, I immediately used it to buy several preorders to use as Christmas presents and immediately saved the cost of 2 brand new games ($120). Even if I deducted the upfront cost of the membership, I've still won out just based on those two transactions. Additionally, the random discounts on other things keeps me looking to see if I can get other great deals as well.

Membership has been useful and the geek squad coverage is great.

As holidays get closer, the membership comes in handy to get better prices beforehand.

I ordered my camera online, it was ready for me when I entered the store your associates were extremely helpful and I had a wonderful experience that is why I will keep shopping at Best Buy

I love my "my best buy plus" account. So convenient and user friendly. With notifications so I don't miss anything to special deals that I wouldn't get without it, I wish I had it sooner.

The guy at the front desk upsold this item as a way to get alerts on items I wanted to buy. He told me by favoriting them in the app, I'd get notifications on when Items became available, which has yet to happen. No in store discounts or really any known benefit to this program. A waste of $30, prove me wrong.
