An avid electronic fan. BestBuy is one of the last Electronics Box stores around since lazy buying took over. Best way to see new electronics in person than looking at altered photos and descriptions. To me, traditional shopping for electronics is still preferred. The points system is an excellent platform for repeat consumers. Lots of savings and you just don’t see it yet. Over time, you will realize you get the savings.

The associate helped me buy the right kitchen appliance package. He helped me get the best deal possible and helped me get registered for Best Buy rewards system. He was patient, kind, and helpful. I would go back again to buy appliances as Best Buy made it so easy!

My Best Buy Plus membership has served me well! Members-only prices make me come back to Best Buy over and over. Membership also means that you get unlimited Geek Squad support. As an added benefit, protection plans are available on purchases at Best Buy under this membership. Great value!

I like the membership but was very disappointed with the bonus award situation. The bonus reward did not return to me when I return a computer I purchased and the customer service hanged up on me.

The membership is great and offers some cool perks like being able to return items for up to sixty days, free 2 day shipping, exclusive membership prices and allowing members to seemlessly and easily opt out of the renewal with no hassle (but why would you want to?). I was convinced of this membership by one of the employees at my local Best Buy who was very kind.

Just received my new membership - I'm truly impressed with all it offers - customer service at Best Buy is amazing and their knowledge of all items and willingness to help is awesome expecially to the technology handicapped person that I am - I loved the eperience and the rewards benefit.
