Bought a TV and was told it had a stand as well as a mounting bar...well, no stand which is what I needed. Was finally able to learn from another store that universal stands were a thing so I went to Best Buy to purchase. Got no love for the mistake but I do have the TV set up and it works great...little thanks to Best Buy.

My Best Buy Plus for me is a good value; I really appreciate the free 2 day shipping as it's a huge time saver not having to locate an item in the store, wait in line to check out, etc, and is especially useful as we get closer to Christmas when I tend to buy more items from Best Buy. It's also a nice insurance plan, having the 60 day extended return window, although I haven't had to use it. As far as the exclusive, early access to new products, I haven't used that yet, but again as we approach Christmas, that may turn out to be a huge benefit, especially if there's a huge "it" gift that is otherwise hard to come by. For less than $5 per month, it's a great value.

With the one I have; you receive several benefits, such as free 2-day shipping and a 60-day return window on most products. Best Buy also has sales that are exclusive to My Best Buy members. If you upgrade to the Total plan, you receive several additional benefits that are worth it if you buy a lot of expensive electronics from Best Buy. For example, you get 24/7 tech support, VIP member support, 20% off repairs, and protection plans are included with most products as long as you maintain your membership. That includes AppleCare+ for all Apple products where AppleCare+ is available. If you typically buy AppleCare+ for your new Apple products, the savings could be significant if you subscribe to My Best Buy Total instead of buying AppleCare+ separately for each product.

I decided to have a membership in Best Buy because I’m a college student and I think Best Buy has some great offers so I decided to invest on the membership because it gives me a lot of alert of when prices go down. There’s some other discounts and if you have. The membership it easier to get your stuff faster.
