In the beginning of the year I decided to become a Best Buy member because of possible price matching for cell phones. I have drain my iPhone 11 Pro Max battery twice grinding out COD mobile seasons. Being a member allowed me to price match some phones from Metro by t mobile and that was great. We also waited In line for the Nintendo Switch 2 and not only received nice little gadgets but also they gave us insurance if we weren’t satisfied with the purchase we could return it without losing 10 percent for the restocking fees. An additional 50 bucks for the year upon first purchase feels like an excessive add on especially with all these new Apps we all subscribe too. But so far color me impressed with being a Best Buy member

Great advantage having Best Buy Plus membership. Worked great with free install service for our 100" TV. Wasn't Geek squad but a Third party install. Still did an amazing job and picked up all there supplies and area before leaving.

Even if you don't shop at Best Buy often, it is worth it. I only shop 1-3 times a year and between the discounts on the items I need in store and the vastness of the items I purchase online, it's worth it. Upgraded my router. Without the membership it was $50 more. Even at full price the router was cheaper than purchasing online. Since that purchase, I have used to purchase online items with their great coupons and reduced prices for Best Buy Days! FREE SHIPPING! You will be surprised at the items you can purchase online at Best Buy, just got 4 foldable outdoor chairs ?!? Never would have thought. They were $25 cheaper than the cheapest place online and paid no shipping.

This membership will be a real value for me. Having unlimited Geek Squad Support whom have great knowledge for set up and repair of electronics. Also, having the peace of mind of purchasing a protection plan that will cover all of the expensive items purchased. Thank you!

I haven't had much benefits from it. Didn't get any discount or anything i've had it for 4 months.

I love being a member it allows me to be able to order stuff from Best Buy at home and have it delivered I live all the way in Menahga Minnesota we don't have a Best Buy for a long ways away this makes it so much easier

Bought my membership while purchasing a phone. Sales rep said I could use it to take advantage of future price reductions on phone. Sure enough about a week late the price on my phone dropped and I was able to save $60!

Best Buy Membership is worth the money. After purchasing an item I received a the later sale price and I am getting money sent to me for the difference. Also I received a $5.00 offer I used to purchase a 4K movie. It is like a "Gift that keeps on giving". Your only regret will be not getting one if it is offered to you.

Membership is really good if you make multiple purchases frequently from best buy.

I recently purchased an HP All in One computer. The sales assistant mentioned the The Buy Plus membership. I was very interested in the price match for 60 days. Especially since Black Friday was coming up. The price on my purchase went down another $50.00. I called Best Buy and was given the $50.00 credit to my credit card. No problem.

As a long time customer of Best Buy I recently made a couple of new purchases. During that transaction I was informed of the Best Buy Plus Membership. Since I always have a great experience when shopping BB, I went ahead and joined. Membership includes: as free 2-day shipping on most items, exclusive member-only pricing on thousands of products, early access to sales and events, and an extended 60-day return window. The membership includes unlimited remote computer tune-ups with Geek Squad tech support. So what's not to like?

I like the plus membership cause you get deals that aren't available otherwise, and i like the flash deals. Its definitely a money saver.

I purchased a number of items I needed for my home computing. I had been using am old Windows 10 laptop that just could not handle my needs. It was hanging up, running out of memory and was so slow it was frustrating to reboot every half hour. Purchasing a new Windows 11 Lenovo Laptop was a pleasure. My Sales Assistant was knowledgeable as well as attentive as she listened to my explanation of my needs. I have found my purchases to be exactly what I needed and enjoy the time I now spend on my laptop.

I purchased a Sony television 62 days ago and today was denied the Black Friday sale price ($198.01 reduction) because I was 2 days late. Has anyone received any allowance on the 60 day rule?
