    Customer service still exist i enjoy spending my hard earn dollar in stores that still value there Customers. Best buy have all the top brands and a good prices. I kind of wish they sold groceries.

    I hate coming into best buy, standing in customer service line waiting for my turn when there are two people taking a break at the other register talking, laughing, eating. I don't begrudge somebody taking a break, just go in the back instead of standing there staring at me like i am a bother.

    I honestly don’t shop at bestbuy super often, but if I get electronics it’s usually from here, & my parents do which is why I signed up. I enjoy having the membership, it’s nice having tech support when I need it.

    The membership prices are amazing it notified me about my past purchases on how the price dropped since then, and I saved a lot of money with the price match option. Thank you Best Buy!!

    The membership adds great value to your buying power. I came into Best Buy on Youree Drive in Shreveport and bought a Macbook Pro. I explained it was for my daughter who is going to Texas Tech university for Pre-Law. He offered that i buy the Best Buy Plus membership. First, it gave me a discount on the Microsoft 365 program that she actually needs for school. Texas Tech uses that program. Second, it gives me options when i make purchase like being able to return an item after 60 days. The list goes on all in all i want to thank the salesman and best buy for offering everything i needed. Thank you.

    Lots of purchase during my purchase period, but found it difficult to obtain services needed afterward. I live a distance and needed some technical help and had to drive to the store and wait around until help was finally available. Normally, I purchase from Apple directly and had not experienced this challenge.

    Giving two stars based on the terrible experience in the store and charges we weren’t informed of. We went to one location to purchase my son a computer for school or told do we want to add this or this but we’re not told the correct prices come to find out the virus protect protection we added was an extra $150 That we didn’t notice till after the fact. They were out of stock of one item so we drove 30 minutes to another location and waited an hour. When we got home, the monitor was not compatible with the computer even though they were sold as a set so we drove back to the first location to return the monitor and buy a second one. Drove back home 45 minutes And attempted to put it together again just to find out that the computer had multiple pieces that you had to put together yourself, which is very bizarre. I’ve never had this happen before. We attempted to call geek squad, and tech support several times before finally getting a hold of someone who told us to go back to the store and they would put it together for us. So we are now on our fourth trip back to the store in which they tell us the person on the phone didn’t know what they were talking about, but they will go ahead and set everything up for us so that it wasn’t a wasted trip. We get home to find out that the second monitor we have gotten is missing The cord. Five trips and several extra hundreds of dollars that we didn’t intend on getting are now wasted because multiple employees did not know what they were talking about or misinformed us. At the second location, we asked multiple questions and it was clear. The employee had no idea And just said well you can keep walking around and look and see you whenever you’re ready to check out let me know.

    I had been a My Best Buy member at the free level of service for years. When we bought a device, they offered us a "free" year of MBB+. I like the 60-day return window idea, though I hope not to need it.
